Relaxed stay after a long flight.
Always a warm friendly welcome from a happy attentive staff. Great room overlooking the river, immaculately clean throughout with a long happy happy hour. Excellent restaurant. Good location near Kia San Road, full of life every night. Taxis are cheap, go anywhere for around £10. We come here every time to Thailand. Most recommended if you don’t like the big corporate hotels full of coach parties.

Great hotel in Bangkok city center.
Nice hotel, great staff, great food, nice pool, next to the river, breakfast was nice. We had a great stay in Bangkok, and our stay @ Riva contributed to that.

Great location, beautiful hotel, amazing staff, food just brilliant ! There’s nothing not to like about this hotel everything is just wonderful about it. From checking in too checking out ! Room was lovely size, everything that you need, flip flops, dressing gown, toiletries. Breakfast was lovely, so much choice, We ate dinner there too, lobster roll and chicken wings, best ones I’ve eaten ! Drinks by the pool Evening views were amazing ! Highly recommend a stay here

Good enough hotel, but will look for another one next time.
Friendly staff. Rooms were average though. Pictures suggest much more room and finesse. Food is pretty bland. Breakfast also so-so.

Amazing hotel on the River
Amazing service. Everyone was so nice , helpful and always had smile. Especially Piaow at the front desk, she was so kind and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable and was very patient when we were checking in. She also made sure to acknowledge me and other guests. She took the time to memorize our names and was so sweet. Food was amazing. I had a River view room and it was beautiful. Everything was so clean and room service was great.
