Outstanding Stay in Bangkok
Riva Surya Bangkok has the perfect location – just a short walk to Khaosan Road and excellent transport links. Our Urban Room at the front was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful extras like mattress toppers, dressing gowns, snacks, and toiletries. The pool area is gorgeous, with comfy sun loungers and a stunning river view. Breakfast was by far the best we had in Thailand – delicious and beautifully presented. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Piaow and the team at the front entrance went above and beyond to make our stay effortless and welcoming. Highly recommended – great location, fantastic rooms, and exceptional service!

Great hotel direct st the river. Also the streets around the hotel are great. We had a big and comfortable room.

Comfortable must stay in Bangkok
My family and I had the chance to enjoy Bangkok while staying at Riva Surya. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The amenities at the hotel like the pool was very relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed the location of the hotel as it was convenient to walk to key destinations such as the Grand Palace and Wat Phra. Besides the comfortable stay, the hotel staff made the experience even better. Each staff was so kind and welcoming. We appreciated Ton, Non, Piaow and all the other staff who we didn’t get a chance to get their names.

Charming boutique hotel in great location
Lovely boutique hotel. Fun location. Very helpful staff, cheery and friendly. Breakfast yummy. Ton and Bee were great. Always a smile. We didn’t catch everyones’s name. Doorman was quick to help us negotiate Grab, as were the front desk staff. Room was large and very comfortable with a view of the river. The hotel is on the river so convenient when getting around by boat. I used the pool almost every day which was refreshing after sightseeing in the Bangkok heat. Highly recommend. We also ate dinner and lunch, once each, at the hotel restaurant, and it was quite good. Excellent service.
