Great experience and loved the hotel!
The hotel is very close to the most important temples, specially to the Grand Palace. Also it is very close to stores, nice outdoor restaurants and to Khao San Road (night market). The place it self is very calm, it is perfect for relaxation. Also, the rooms are very comfortable and they got anything you’d need. If the room doesn’t show an item such as an iron, the personal will take it to you. Also, the rooms always get clean and all the areas are also very well put. One of the things that I liked the most was that the personal is very helpful, polite and they truly seem to care about you, specially Piaow. She’s very nice and always recieved us with a smile. About the amenities, the pool was amazing and I had to check the gym, it has everything you might need to work out for a few days.

We had a great stay at riva Surya, fantastic team like piaow at reception. Nice gym and relaxing pool especially after a day spent visiting the city, also the boat pier is just 20 meters from the hotel.

Friendliest staff
This was a wonderful hotel with amazing staff! We felt so welcomed the moment we stepped into the lobby- the check in was seamless and our receptionist even helped us book massages for that same night. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the pool and river. The room itself was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. I would absolutely stay here again

location next to the river was excellent. we enjoyed watching the boats on the river. good food and cocktails around the pool with river views. staff friendly and helpful
