Splurge a little to stay here, but get a whole lot more!
Service was excellent! Rooms are of decent size. All staff from housekeeping to restaurant are friendly and helpful. Best choice we made especially during this heatwave season in Bkk we hardly needed to walk out into the hot sun - all the malls are withing walking distance and internally connected. Buggy service to and from major shopping centres are efficient and very convenient. Best thing was the F&B coupons/rebate we had for every night's stay - so after a long day of shopping, we can use it to relax and get a cold drink and snacks in the lobby area.

Fantastic location! Next to shopping malls. The hotel is elegant with amazing food, services and comfort. The only downside for me is that we didn’t want to leave it and explore this city. Shout out to Takky who helped us sort out where to go and how to get there and back!

Best hotel in Bangkok
This is the most customer focused hotel in Bangkok. We had the executive lounge with amazing service from Takky. All the staff were amazing! Along with food and best room service ever! We strongly recommend to anyone to book here asap of you want great quality

Enjoyable staying at Siam Kempinski
The perfect location and excellent facilities are already well-known facts that I won't mention. Our family trip with children was made perfect by the meticulous and friendly care of this hotel. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail from my housekeeping attendant. They always made sure to check if anything was missing when cleaning the room, provided plenty of water and towels, and even brought a new luggage rack when they noticed our travel bag left on the floor. It was a very satisfying stay, and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Bangkok next time.

Amazing stay with family
Everything was amazing, great staff and food. Special thanks for Alexis for helping out with an issue we had in breakfast. He was very friendly and helpful. After meeting him we felt so much more confident the issue would be resolved. Also many thanks to Somyos in the pool who we met already last year and waited to meet again this year. He makes everyone smiles and make the pool area an happy place. Our children also liked him very much and even wanted to have a picture with him. Also he notices everything going on in the pool and always there around.
