Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok

The service was not as good as other hotels I have stayed in in Thailand. The design of the hotel was really great and arty, location was brilliant, right near a station, mbk mall and national stadium skytrain station. Breakfast was ok, not the best variety. The staff at breakfast were not friendly and seated another family at the same table as us whilst getting our food from the buffet. No halal food options in this hotel, but plenty of veggie options for breakfast. The lady at concierge on the Sunday was brilliant and helped us with a grab as we had a train to catch and ours went MIA. She helped call the driver and ensure he got to us so we didn’t miss our train. Rooms were nice, beds were comfy.

The room is good but is not well isolated from the outside noise the main road and the BTS will be your nightmare

nice breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, infinite pool was nice, the hotel location is great near from siam station and siam shopping centers

It was a wonderful time in your hotel, it was fine in each way-, location, food, hotel, pool. But it‘s all nothing without your wonderful, nice and helpfull staff. Thank you siamsiam :-)
