Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok

This was our second and third stay at Siam@Siam Design Hotel as a family with a child – and once again, everything was excellent. The location is great, the breakfast offers plenty of choice, and the service is consistently friendly and attentive. What really makes the difference, though, is the genuine hospitality of the staff. We always feel very welcome here, and the team is incredibly helpful whenever we need anything. We’ve stayed in Bangkok several times and tried quite a few hotels over the years. For us, Siam@Siam has now become our first choice when it comes to value for money. We’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is a in walking distance to MBK and Siam Discovery Mall. It is a very stylish place, from the reception on the ground floor, through the pool and gym area on 11th floor to the rooftop bar above 25th floor. Unfortunately you could hear the noise of the street and the skytrain in our room on 17th floor. All staff members were really friendly and helpful.

I visited this hotel in 2025, and I don’t think much has changed since then. It’s a beautiful art and design hotel, and personally, I really enjoy character hotels that are full of interesting things to see. The colours, artwork and overall design give the hotel a unique personality. The rooms were beautiful, and the location was very convenient. It’s within walking distance of the train station, with shopping malls also nearby. The breakfast spread was great, with a good variety of choices. The hotel team during my stay was also very accommodating, friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that we requested an extra bed during our stay. At that time, the extra bed was not a proper roll-in bed but a sofa converted into a bed. Unfortunately, I didn’t find it very comfortable as I had to lie across the sofa on a rather hard surface. This was based on my stay in 2025, so I’m not sure if the hotel has since changed or improved the way the extra bed is prepared. Overall, I really enjoyed the hotel’s unique character, design and convenient location. I would still recommend it, especially to those who appreciate creative and artistic hotels.

The service was not as good as other hotels I have stayed in in Thailand. The design of the hotel was really great and arty, location was brilliant, right near a station, mbk mall and national stadium skytrain station. Breakfast was ok, not the best variety. The staff at breakfast were not friendly and seated another family at the same table as us whilst getting our food from the buffet. No halal food options in this hotel, but plenty of veggie options for breakfast. The lady at concierge on the Sunday was brilliant and helped us with a grab as we had a train to catch and ours went MIA. She helped call the driver and ensure he got to us so we didn’t miss our train. Rooms were nice, beds were comfy.
