Location is good, this hotel near Lumpini Park and MRT. Hotel quite private and peaceful because they have seperate elevator from ground to lobby and lobby to room but this made some inconvenient when you want to go outside. Room might not worth to upgrade from Cozy to Comfy with the same facilities, size and change only view from city to park. I stay in Comfy Room - Earth Element, it's a nice room design but a bit old and inconvenient. They have a lot of light switches with no sign which one for what. Bath door is not smooth and heavy. Service in Red Oven is very good, staffs always take care us both dinner and breakfast the best. Staffs at pool are very nice and good service. On the other hand, reservation and front desk are under expectation. I sent email to reservation team to let them know that I would like to upgrade room but I would like to learn more about the different between Cozy and Comfy. They just sent useless pdf files back to me with no any explain. I arrived hotel around 5pm, front desk told me that upgrade room is not finish and need to wait for cleaning. O_o After I got room key, staff didn't take me to room to explainfor hotel and room facilities. They said you can see in your TV in room. In summary, quite below expectation for reservation and check-in service but the others are great. Room is old but acceptable but Cozy room is enough if you don't care room view.

Beautiful hotel in its entirety with excellent facilities for meeting, working out and relaxing including stunning pool and roof bar over the park. The rooms are themed, we were in the Metal theme which makes the room very clinical although the design was great. Plug sockets and a door that didn’t stay closed let it down.

Attended Mixo @So Bangkok for some pre dinner drinks each night whilst staying at the hotel. Great views, cocktails and service. Shout out to Dven and Art who have looked after us well 🤩 This hotel Is luxury - highly recommend for a week (or weekend) escape

Room is nice. So cosy for the room and have a good sleep during my stay. All the Staff are very polite. Food at soshi is great and waitress (Bee) is very patiently intro the food, polite, smile and very good service. Had a pleasant dining. Everything is nice. Will stay again for my next trip.
