This is the second time of my stay. The hotel and staff service is always excellence!! This time i stay with my family and they are really like your hotel so much thats why i really need to write the thank you review for your team. Thank you all of front desk staff and executive lounge team special mention : Noom , Luktao, JJ, AM, Petch, Tangmo,Gorgia and Quinrien. Thank you for taking care us for this stay And also we did try the spa in the hotel and its really protectional spa ever !! Thank you for Saidon and Jajah to taking care of us as well. Great experience at Hi-So Bar. The staff are very friendly and humor, especially Keng / Alex is highly entertaining. The atmosphere is great, high class with good people. The music is not too loud. We still could have the conversation fluently. The food and beverage are top of the class, above standard of 5-star hotels in Bangkok.

Everything was amazing, food was spectacular. Highly recommend trying the High Tea!! Doen and Art took care of us and they were so lovely! Also can’t forget the amazing views ! Had the Rose French Vanilla tea and it was amazing! The raspberry macaroon was the best desert i’ve ever had!

Unfortunately, the hotel did not live up to expectations. Being a Visa luxury customer, and announcing that I had decided to celebrate my 50th anniversary in the hotel, I received a poor little cake on a different day than the one announced, it was better not to announce anything. The extra bed is 2000 baht per night and the drinks are very expensive

This was my third stay at So/Bangkok and every bit as good as the other two. It's a great location and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. A big, 'thank you' to Noom, Tangmo, Am, Petch and all of the staff who looked after me in Club Signature. Looking forward to my next stay.
