Utterly disappointed
Very disappointed with the experience of a luxury hotel. The hype doesn’t match the vibe at all. Dark and old interiors , barely any lighting in the lift, rooms and corridor's. To top it all up, the buffet breakfast was the most disappointing. Never had such tasteless , bland and stale food. A very badly planned spread too. Our room felt like a guest house. Tapestry smelling bad, doors stained, flooring dusty. The staff were kind but the hotel was 0/10. One comes to such places by trusting the brand blindly and has to leave disappointed. Not worth the price at all. Air bnbs are Infact 10x better that this. I would suggest nobody to spend so much for just the views. There is nothing great in it either. The hotel seems to be needing some major renovation so better to visit once it upgrades itself to 2026 standards.

For sure, one of the best hotel in Bangkok
It has been the fourth time we’ve been coming here to the Lebua, just as every time the service is excellent. The facilities are at the top level. The food is great the willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible is overwhelming. We’re attempt to come back for sure.
