Another Exceptional Staycation
As a Thai guest living nearby, I have now stayed here for the fifth time. Although the hotel is very close to home, I genuinely enjoy coming back for a staycation. There is simply something about the atmosphere, the service, and the little touches that makes each stay feel special. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to K. Saipan for her exceptionally thoughtful check-in service. Despite the hotel being fully booked and the Club Lounge being particularly busy, she went the extra mile to personally bring my key card to the Club Lounge. It was such a simple gesture, but one that made a real difference and was very much appreciated. The Club Lounge team also deserves special recognition. What I particularly appreciate is how attentive they are to the small details. They remember what I like to drink and are often able to anticipate what I need without having to ask. Their service is warm, polished and genuinely personal, while still feeling effortless and discreet. Having now stayed here five times, I can say that it is this consistency and attention to detail that keeps me coming back. Even as a local guest, I always feel that I am genuinely being looked after rather than simply checking into a hotel. My sincere compliments to K. Saipan and the entire Club Lounge team for their gracious hospitality and for making yet another staycation such a pleasant and memorable one. I very much look forward to returning again.

Amazing check in experience, flawless from start to finish, arrived two hours early and the room was already ready. Lovely refreshing arrival drinks and cool flannels as we signed in. Great service from Fuunosuke in attending to some extra requests.
