Tower Club at lebua rises high above the colorful chaos and sensory overload of downtown Bangkok – it’s the city’s second-tallest building – and offers world-class accommodations in an unbeatable location. Sample delectable street-cart fare and immerse in local markets, then retreat to your sleek, minimalist suite 50 stories into the sky. The Tower Club’s centralized address right on the SkyTrain means Bangkok’s cultural attractions are all close by, but stay close come nightfall: There’s nowhere more glamorous to sip a martini than the SkyBar, called the “most stunning rooftop bar you’ll ever see” by The New York Times.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Lebua, and a big part of that was thanks to Din at reception. From the moment we arrived, Din made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm smile, professionalism, and attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay—nothing was ever too much trouble. His communication was clear, kind, and thoughtful, and he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and truly cares about the guest experience. Din is a real credit to the hotel and made our stay not just comfortable, but memorable. We are so grateful for his exceptional service and would return in a heartbeat because of him. Thank you, Din, for setting such a high standard of hospitality!

From the moment we arrived at lebua, the experience was exceptional. The check in process was efficient and seamless, this really set the bar for our unforgettable stay. We received a very warm welcome from Saiparn upon arrival, she handled our check-in and displayed outstanding levels of customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our arrival special. She was also supported by her manager, and together they went above and beyond to ensure our stay started in the best possible way. As part of this, we were very kindly upgraded to a stunning two-bedroom suite in the Tower Club—an unexpected and hugely appreciated gesture that instantly elevated our stay. The suite itself was breathtaking, with expansive space, luxurious finishes, and views that are simply unforgettable. Beyond the room, every member of staff we encountered was incredible—consistently polite, friendly, and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout. The Dome bars are simply spectacular, offering breathtaking panoramic views across Bangkok and an atmosphere that is hard to beat. The food and drinks included as part of the Tower Club experience were first class, and breakfast was truly magnificent, with an exceptional variety and something for everyone. A huge thank you to Saiparn and her manager, and to the entire Labua team for delivering exceptional customer service. We will definitely be back.

I had an amazing Check in Experience with Khun Ham, and Khun Knoky. They treated me like I was the most impotent visitor in Thailand. They’re service was the best I have ever experienced at Lebua or anywhere else

I should have stayed with my original plans. I originally booked The Shangri la however The Tower Club had a promo of guaranteed check-in by 10am so I canceled the Shangri la and booked The Tower Club as my very long flight arrived early morning. Not a good start to my trip when I arrived and they didn't honor that guarantee saying I could check in by 10a however my room type wasn't ready until 3pm. Also, they didn't have very much common area to hang out. As a solo traveler, this is important. The pool area and club lounge weren't impressive. I visited the Shangri la which has a large lobby/bar area with an expansive outdoor green area by the pool and river. The high floor was nice however the balcony wasn’t useable with no furniture. If you wanted them to unlock the balcony door, you had to sign a waiver.
