Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel, staff and service is excellent, my only negative would be the check in, we arrived at 7am after a 12 hour flight and was wait around 6 and a half hours for our room. I appreciate check in is 2pm but I’m sure more could have been done

Excellent short family stay in Bamgkok
This is a lovely property with great restaurants and rooftop bars. Very friendly staff. Rooms and suites with great views. Great Riverside location. At the reception Mile and Lady with very friendly and accommodated out request to have the family together by upgrading our two rooms into a higher floor suite. Great breakfast spread in the morning. All in all a great stay.

First experience entering the Lebua tower
My partner and I arrived at the Lebua tower exhausted from our long flight, but upon entering we were welcomed with complimentary towels and drinks. Saiparn who helped us checking in was excellent, she answered all our question, provided clarity to any further help we may need and to our surprise gave us an upgrade . Truly a heart warming presence. Defintely will be returning and recommend to all who are thinking of staying. Lebua is amazing!!!
