An amazing experience
A beautiful hotel,we were made to feel welcome straight away, we were treated like VIPs and nothing was to much trouble . Saiparn Was a fantastic host, very professional and knowledgeable

Fantastic hotel experience
Room is large and bed was comfy. The room is dated but very clean and spacious. Lounge access tower suite was well worth it. The view from our room was amazing!! Small bites, high tea and breakfast that came with the room was fantastic! The desserts at high tea were the star of the show! Alcoholic beverages were nice too!! We had a drink at the famous roof top bar where hangover 2 was filmed was special!! Drinks are pricey but we enjoyed the experience. A couple suggestions - better tv and more channels and you tube and zero sugar drinks in the mini bar. Definitely would come back. The staff are top notch!!
