Tower Club at lebua in Bangkok, Thailand

Tower Club at lebua rises high above the colorful chaos and sensory overload of downtown Bangkok – it’s the city’s second-tallest building – and offers world-class accommodations in an unbeatable location. Sample delectable street-cart fare and immerse in local markets, then retreat to your sleek, minimalist suite 50 stories into the sky. The Tower Club’s centralized address right on the SkyTrain means Bangkok’s cultural attractions are all close by, but stay close come nightfall: There’s nowhere more glamorous to sip a martini than the SkyBar, called the “most stunning rooftop bar you’ll ever see” by The New York Times.

Start the day with fresh croissants baked by The Tower Club’s French pastry chef. Take a riverboat from Sathorn Pier to the Temple of the Emerald Buddha and the Grand Palace, a collection of colorful, gold-spired temples that date from 1782. Return to the hotel for afternoon tea or a glass of champagne and fresh strawberries on ice with crme Chantilly. Dive into a Mediterranean tasting menu at Sirocco as the lights of Bangkok cut through the dusk.

Seldom give full mark to a hotel, But I can say, the hotel deserves it and it’s really a 5stars hotel! 5mins walk to Robinson shopping mall, there’s a supermarket too. The hotel just amazing, you won’t regret of booking this hotel! The bed was extremely comfortable! We stayed at the tower club 57/F with very nice view. Big swimming pool, very good service and all staff can communicate in English. We were enjoyed the lunch and afternoon tea at lounge, very comfortable environment. But a bit disappointed about the breakfast, more hot dishes would be prefect. The first time to bring my Mum to Thailand, the hotel surprised us, its really a WOW service. They gave a chocolate cake as gift for my Mum( Mother’s Day) they made a very beautiful table setup for us. I will definitely return!

Back again and as always everything works as clockwork in this hotel. Very efficient staff and a good vibe. Rooms are big with all you need with nice view. The club is good as always with a good selection to lunch at a great value. Good service and value all over. A refurbish of rooms would be nice in the near future... Recomended and will return this week.

This hotel was in a great location and the interior is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean and excellent bathrooms! We especially loved the breakfast spread. Great city views! The other restaurants and bars were pretty expensive.

The hotel is very famous and great locations. Rooms view is very nice. A little bit old dated but you have all facilities. Of course top floors with bars is the key of this place. It is more recommended for tourism rather than business.

I have stayed at this hotel some 10 years ago. It seems to me that no major renovations have probably taken place. Everything is fine though, WiFi works flawlessly, the bed was perfect, the room's sound proofing is excellent (big surprise, this building is a concrete monster of sorts), there are sockets for both European and North American plugs, a Nespresso maker, and a minibar with complimentary soft drinks. Cable TV was slow, but functional (should be better, given the hotel's 5* billing). The gym does the trick, the pool is so-so, not really for lap swimming if you're into that. Given that we were on the >50 floors level I cannot confirm difficulties, described in others reviews, in terms of getting into an elevator, despite the restaurant crowds hitting the place in the evenings. Hotel staff prioritised residents without fail. Every staff member we encountered was delightfully friendly, helpful and efficient. Well, realistically you book this hotel because of the breathtaking views it affords you of the city. That hasn't changed in 10 years, though the skyline has. We spent here 4 nights, and, for better or worse, the included breakfast didn't change, it's more or less the same fare, day in, day out. Beware of that if you plan to stay longer. The food quality is consistently impeccable. The same applies to the 52nd floor lounge. We loved going there for afternoon tea and a drink or two. Given that this is an all-inclusive proposition, staff never slacked, food is consistently frequently replenished, empty glasses were attended to without fail. I was impressed a decade ago, I was impressed on this occasion. Standards have remained consistently high at the Lebua Tower Club. Quite a feat! To our surprise (a pleasant one at that), the hotel room included a complimentary mobile phone with included free calls to a number of international destinations (US, UK, Australia etc), as well as free roaming data, so we used it to map our way about town. It worked a treat. We did use the hotel's own transfer service from the airport. It is expensive, but it also worked flawlessly in both directions. Certainly recommended.
