We like this hotel. Booked a room with lounge access. Abby was very helpful. She did the check in for us and explained everything. It was a pleasant start into our relaxing time.

A world class experience in Bangkok
The whole experience was simply amazing in this outstanding hotel, the location, facilities, the views, the breakfast buffet, the rooftop bar, the drinks, but what made it really extraordinary was the welcoming that Carl (from the Philippines) gave us as we had nothing to do, just sit down, get a drink and a cool towel and he took care of everything and last but not least, Som the portier that gave us a feeling like we are the actual stars from Hangover, thank you all and khop khun khrap maak
