Tower Club at lebua

My mother and I stayed at the Lebua State Tower for a girls’ weekend in Bangkok, and overall we had a wonderful experience. I booked a suite with access to the executive lounge, which was absolutely worth it. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Din at reception, who personally brought us to our room and was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The food in the executive lounge was excellent, as was the breakfast buffet. The views from our suite and from the hotel’s bars were unlike anything we had ever seen- truly breathtaking and a magical experience. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-appointed with great amenities. The only disappointing aspect of our stay was the behaviour of some other guests. Unfortunately, we witnessed a few instances of very disrespectful conduct toward the staff (including one guest spitting on the floor of the breakfast restaurant), which was quite unpleasant. This was especially upsetting given how kind, attentive, and professional the hotel staff were, and how much they genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. Despite this, the service, comfort, and views made our stay memorable, and the staff truly deserve recognition for their outstanding hospitality.

Every year when we come in Thailand we spend our last night in Bangkok here…we love this place. Rooms are big with beautiful view and breakfast is amazing.

Our stay at lebua at State Tower was outstanding from beginning to end. We stayed at the Tower Club, enjoying spacious suites, immaculate rooms, and stunning river and skyline views from the balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtful and refined. Service was exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive across the hotel. Tower Club Lounge access elevated the experience with excellent breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks served with panoramic views. The rooftop venues are unforgettable, especially sunset drinks at Sky Bar and dinner at Sirocco. Elegant, iconic, and consistently excellent—lebua never disappoints for every single visit.

Overall a nice experience - fabulous breakfast with a huge selection, good service (sometimes even fantastic, like Ms. Cat on checking in), a nice pool area. The location is quite good. Close to a BTS station, not too far from Chinatown and Chao Phraya. Some local street food can be found close to the hotel. The atmosphere is rather easygoing and still stylish. Unfortunately the elevators can be annoying especially in the evening, because there aren’t just enough of them. The rooms are large but too old. In the shower it was super difficult to get good water temperature, and everything in the suite fell short of the modern standards. The beds were comfortable though and that’s important, but the rooms are in dire need of renovation. The A/C was effective and could be switched on separately for the living area and the bedroom. Nothing to fault with cleanliness in the room or anywhere else!
