Beautiful hotel with amazing staff.
Due to an unexpected extended stay courtesy of a damaged passport we extended our stay at Lebua for several days and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Club lounge. The staff were amazingly kind and understood our difficult position. While we have been to Bangkok many times this is certainly the best service in any hotel that we have experienced.
