Welcoming and helpful staff. Great communication skills and very professional. Everything is more than anticipated. I would recommend and will stay again. Aoom was fantastic with getting us checked in. We were a little early so she got us up to the lounge for a drink and lunch and brought us up to the room when it was ready. Great job Aoom.
