Tower Club at lebua

Large and comfortable suite, fantastic view, amazing breakfast, and very kind staff. This was my fourth stay at Lebua Club Tower. On the down side, room decoration is now a bit outdated. I’ve seen that some rooms are being refurbished, although with a massive price increase 😱

I think everyone can agree the staff are great. I had some issues with my first room but the staff dealt with it very fairly. The second room was much less tatty and everything functioned properly. The room was clean, very good cleaning staff, big comfy bed and good quality towels. Great views and the lounge was a good spot for some early evening drinks. The negatives would be the building itself, it kind of feels like flogging a dead horse. I felt like I needed to wear a head torch a lot of the time as there is many areas poorly lit. Some of the elevators you can barely see the buttons. It's crying out for renovations, which I guess would a huge undertaking. The entrance is a mess if on foot, you either walk down the driveway or through the adjacent part of the building which is private apartments. Technically not the hotel but it links directly to the lobby. And it's the safest and most convenient way to exit the hotel on foot. It's like a post apocalyptic scene. Poorly lit, boarded up shops, barricaded escalators. And a huge area sectioned off with barrier tape. There are a group of cute cats that seem to live around this area. I changed my cute opinion when I saw one of them crapping inside the building right by the door way. Just really tatty and not a five star entrance.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service, Stunning Views & a Great Club Lounge Experience I had a very enjoyable stay at Tower Club at lebua. The standout for me was definitely the customer service. From arrival through to departure, the staff were consistently warm, attentive and professional. The level of service genuinely felt five-star, and the team made the whole stay feel welcoming and effortless. The Tower Club Lounge was another highlight. It was a great space to relax during the day, with attentive service, refreshments and a comfortable atmosphere away from the busier areas of the hotel. Having lounge access definitely added to the overall experience and was one of the reasons I enjoyed staying at the Tower Club rather than just the regular hotel. And then there are the views.... absolutely stunning. Being on the higher floors gives you incredible panoramic views across Bangkok and the Chao Phraya River, particularly in the evening when the city lights up. The spacious suite and balcony really allow you to appreciate the location. The only area where I feel the hotel falls slightly short is the age of the rooms and interiors. While everything was comfortable and well maintained, some of the furnishings and overall design do feel a little dated compared with newer five-star hotels in Bangkok. A thoughtful refurbishment would really elevate the property, especially considering the spectacular building, location and level of service. That said, this did not take away significantly from my stay. Tower Club at lebua delivers where it matters most: outstanding hospitality, spacious accommodation, a very good club lounge and some of the best views in Bangkok. Overall, a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable stay. With some updating to the rooms and interiors, it could easily feel like a true five-star experience across the board. Overall rating: 4/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐

No complains at all everything was perfect. Friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the cleaners and including the staff at the breakfast
