Excellent Service from Start to Finish
What a wonderful experience at Lebua! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed in an extremely friendly and professional manner. Check-in went smoothly, and we were personally escorted to our room. The room was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and fully prepared even earlier than expected. This immediately gave us a wonderful sense of hospitality and genuine attention to detail. We also received a clear and pleasant explanation of the various restaurants and hotel facilities. Everything was explained calmly and professionally, making us feel welcome and well informed from the very beginning. A special mention goes to our professional butler, Pomme Patiphan. What fantastic service! Pomme was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, ensuring that everything was arranged down to the smallest detail. The personal attention made our stay even more special.

Warm welcome and excellent service
The first impression is really an amazing and excellence of service by professionals. Pomme Patiphan welcomed us warm and friendly. And was interested in our plans so he could also make it more easy for us. Tje facilities are really great and you have a lot of restaurants to experience.

Amazing View
I had a fantastic stay at Tower Club at lebua. My room was on the 56th floor, and the view over Bangkok was absolutely incredible, especially in the evening. The room was very spacious, comfortable and well maintained, with a large balcony that made the experience even more special. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly and always ready to help. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to different parts of Bangkok. The atmosphere of the hotel feels genuinely luxurious, and staying this high above the city is something I will definitely remember. I really enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again on my next trip to Bangkok. Highly recommended, especially if you can get a room on one of the higher floors.
