Not as good as it was… relying on its image

The check in is a high point in service. The room is spacious but non functional I.e. living room space is not useful. The TV in the room is about 15 years old Broken plug sockets Lights that don’t work in the bath room. Room is incredibly dark. Bed is comfortable and view points are good Location is useful too. The bar upstairs is atrocious and trading off the hangover. £30 for 1 cocktail. That wasn’t any good. You guys need a reality check
