One of the best hotel I ever stayed, the breakfast was amazing, all the staff from the housekeeping and manager was excellent thanks soo much for taking such a good care of us, club lounge guys, thanks soo much and see you all next time I visit Bangkok. Abia and Rainer weishaulp .

Just checked in and already impressed. Even before a full room review, the service alone deserves recognition. My request for a late checkout was graciously approved, and I was upgraded to a suite — a very pleasant surprise. The team has been exceptionally warm and welcoming, with a special mention to Grammy at check-in, who was absolutely wonderful and made the arrival experience seamless. The property itself is excellent, and being welcomed with live music at the entrance instantly lifted the mood after travel. A great first impression all around — looking forward to the rest of the stay.
