Tower Club at lebua

! I had an amazing stay at the State Tower Lebua Hotel! The views from the balcony were absolutely breathtaking — especially at night overlooking the Bangkok skyline. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a true sense of luxury. A special mention to Ling, who made my stay even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive — always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm smile and helpful nature really stood out and made me feel genuinely welcomed. From the stunning Sky Bar to the exceptional service and hospitality, Lebua truly lives up to its reputation. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok — and if you meet Ling, you’re in great hands!

From the welcome drink and cool towel on arrival to the nighttime view of the city and river from the 65th floor, the Lebua is a truly memorable place to stay while in Thailand’s capital. My Guest Representative Officer was Han who was charming, helpful and very informative about the hotel and Bangkok in general while leading me to my room that was very spacious, very clean and had great views of the city, especially from the balconies. Air conditioned with chilled water in the fridge, bathroom essentials and coffee making facilities it makes for a very relaxing stay. The hotel facilities include a gym and pool and the breakfast options are extensive. Everyone at the hotel is tremendously helpful and make every interaction a pleasurable experience. Will definitely return, thanks to Han and her colleagues.

I was greeted so warmly upon my arrival by a young Thai lady named Ham, who is one of the Lebua staff members in the main lobby. She was so kind and warm and welcoming, and she took the time to make such a personal connection with me, she personally got me checked into my room and showed me to my room… This really makes the difference! Welcome done, Ham! This is what keeps me coming back and back to The Lebua, the staff is truly so genuine and warm, and it makes you feel welcomed and accepted, and I appreciate the personal connection! My room is so comfy and nice, as always… They recently removed some carpeting from some of the rooms I was told, in a refurbishment, and the hardwood floors look wonderful! The AC’s always work great and keep the room fully cooled! The room as a small living room area, very comfy bathroom and good bed. Amazing view from the balcony, the gym is very good, and I love the morning breakfast next to the pool… Wonderful breakfast layout every morning! They work so hard to make it good, and they deserve many accolades… Thank you, Lebua , for keeping good customerservice alive and well!
