It’s afterhours, you’re sipping a cocktail, and a Roman mosaic from the second century is begging closer study – Claris Hotel makes a museum experience available 24 hours a day, thanks to an expansive art collection that ranges from Victorian furniture to Turkish kilims to etchings by modern Catalan painter Josep Guinovart. The ground floor museum showcases pieces from Jordi Clos Archaeological Foundation’s private collection, while Napoleon leaves his mark with several drawings he commissioned. Another way this hotel channels a museum: Peace and quiet pervades the hallways, which guarantees a good night’s sleep.

We can't say enough great things about the beautiful hotel and the absolutely AMAZING staff that pampered us, spoiled us and treated us like family! You made our stay so special and wonderful!!! The property is amazing, the breakfast was delicious and the egg/omelette maker NAILED it!! SOOOOO yummy!!! The Bellmen, Ruben, Oscar and Dennis went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, including getting us cabs, giving us great recommendations, holding our luggage, opening our doors, pouring us Cava and always greeting us with friendly smiles!! Special thanks to the sweet girls, Lluna and Ornella that spoiled us with the most amazing room and a bottle of Cava and delicious Chocolates!! AMAZING!!! Alvin Theodore at breakfast was also over the top and so kind and was so attentive to anything we might need!! To all the other staff including the concierges, cleaning crew and rooftop servers, THANK YOU!!! You made our stay one we will always remember and cherish!! We stay at a lot of Hotels, and this one tops the charts!! We will never stay anywhere else if we are lucky enough to travel to Barcelona again!! You guys are the BEST!! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!!!

Excellent location, beautiful hotel and rooms, warm check-in, very comfortable and pleasant experience overall. We would definitely come back to this hotel. However, do note that the room assigned to us was practically windowless so there is no natural light in the room which is a pity when you travel to a sunny place. Additionally, lighting in the beautiful and well designed bathrooms is rather low and painful if you want to apply any basic makeup.

The hotel staff is very friendly . As a Hilton Diamond member we appreciated the upgrade to a junior suite . Beautiful room ! We ate lunch at the Terrace . Marco was a terrific server . We ended up having dinner at the Japanese restaurant in the hotel which was outstanding . Food was great. Prices reasonable . Service well paced . We cannot wait to return after our cruise on 10-18! The breakfast was delicious as well .! Highly recommend this small luxury property.

While brief, we enjoyed our time at Claris. Hotel is located near a very upscale shopping area similar to Rodeo Drive but so much better. Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooftop was awesome along with the cocktails. While we got an upgrade which was very nice, and the room was super cool it was a tad awkward in the layout. The whole hotel is quite cool and unique and I would recommend it.

Beautiful appointed hotel. Great location near gracia and passeig de gracia. Staff was gracious and especially helped with details of different neighborhoods. Will definitely go back

We had a wonderful 5 nights at the Hotel Claris in Barcelona and enjoyed every minute of it...The staff went out of their way to tend to our every need. The service they showed far surpassed the service I have experienced at many five-star hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel!
