Definitely not 5star! Avoid at all costs!
My friend booked this hotel for 1 night ahead of our cruise. We stayed here on 18/09/2026. My friend used his card to book the room. Upon arrival, my card was used for the purposes of paying the tourist tax only. There was a pube on the floor by the bidet in the room. Upon departure the following day. We received an invoice for a mini bar charge for items that were NOT consumed by us. And to my surprise MY card had been charged as opposed to my friends card which was registered against the room for any incidental losses and additional charges. We complained to the hotel whom advised they would investigate and provide a full breakdown of their findings. It’s clear the receptionist had stored my card details without cause or consent and the cleaner helped themselves to minibar items and manipulated and defrauded us as if we had consumed said items. The hotel refunded the charge but provided no further explanation. This is a breach of data protection / GDPR because they retained my card details without my prior knowledge or consent and subsequently used these details to fraudulently deduct funds from my account without authorisation or consent. The hotel provided a copy of the disclaimer my friend and I digitally signed upon checking in but as expected - it was my friends card noted on the form and not MINE. So they could not prove I had consented to my card details being retained and used for any other purpose than the sole transaction of paying the tourist tax. Thankfully, I recorded the call to the manager and have documented evidence of this and have since raised a GDPR SAR request with the AEPD to fully investigate. This is not the service nor expectation of a premium 5 start hotel. Avoid at all costs!! The cleaner and receptionist are clearly running some undercover deceptive and fraudulent scheme behind the scenes to defraud consumers out of their own money. It is unacceptable that I was wronged and then had to wait for my own funds to be credited back to me. The emotional distress whilst I was supposedly on holiday and having to liaise with such imbeciles is shocking. Who knows what else my card details are being used for??!

Overcharged
They charged 90% overpriset for the room .Room cost €3000 for 11 days,they charged €21000 ,and do not refund what they stole from my account.

Five star stay for a great price!
We were Wowed with this hotel. The staff was excellent. Our room was above expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. Your stay includes a free breakfast buffet that had something for everyone. You can walk to several locations from the hotel but there were several options in the form of taxis, Hop on Hop Off bus and we took the Cruise Bus to the port for only $4 Euros per person.
