Lovely stay
This hotel is amazing and is in a great location. Much to do and see around the area. Yacer was a great help throughout our stay. He gave us no worries and was always there when needed. Drinks, food and service is great and I would stay again!

Clean room with amazing views
We had an great stay. The room was clean with amazing views and the service was wonderful. Mariona was extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for the hop on hop off bus tour.

Excellent!
From the moment we walked in, we were given a warm welcome. The receptionist checked us in before the normal time and gave us an upgrade which is really appreciated. The room space was large and bed was comfortable. It was cold when we arrived, but we were offered extra blanket. The view was excellent towards the sea and city. The location was great. Very helpful and friendly staff. The opera on Saturday night was good. We didn't get to eat at the hotel, but overall experience was excellent. Just the tv that didn't have English channels, but it was ok. We really enjoyed our stay. We have an evening flight, but we were allowed to stay until 3pm. Thank you so much!

THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY
Had to cancel trip and hotel stay. Submitted medical paperwork for refund way in advance by 3 months, hotel still denied refund, now we have to go through the insurance for a claim. When we travel to Barcelona next year, you can bet they won't get my business. Stay away from this place. It's obvious all they want is your money. This is my first bad review I ever posted. I hope it helps someone from making a mistake in staying there. Please go elsewhere.

Loved it.
The two Guys who looked after us Davide & Fabrizio in the bar were fantastic. Made us feel at home for 5 days. Good local knowledge & both great at their jobs.
