We had booked a basic room but was a pleasant room none the less. Great location which was a bonus as well. Only a couple of little things were off, these are that our safe did not work and we told reception the first night and was assured it would be fixed, this did not happen and on the second day we went back to reception and once again they said it would be fixed. Eventually the safe was replaced but I would have preferred it to have been done first time. I found the beds rather hard for my preference so did wake up with an aching back on both days. The White Company toiletries were lovely. I was surprised that bottled water had to be paid for as most hotels of this standard at least include some complimentary water. There are several local supermarkets where you can buy water that are open late. Overall a pleasant stay though.

Really good hotel great location,the staff were great really helpful . We booked for three nights initially on arrival we were given a room with a window looking internal into the hotel not much light(so make sure you request a street veiw room on booking if that's what you prefer) we asked at reception for a room change for a room with a street veiw luckily this was avalible and we changed rooms other than that no issues at all . Definitely stay here again.

Located in the best part of Barcelona. Nice facilities with a boutique atmosphere. Good service and quite classy interior.

Everything was nice, clean and perfect. Location also top! When i go to London i will check and book this hotel.

The rooms were great and the hotel overall looked very elegant and nice. Unfortunately the biggest flaw of the Hotel are its thin Walls and noisy staff. Almost every night I had to get out of bed and walk to the front desk to ask the staff to be more quiet because we could hear their every word and loud laughter in our room. And hear me out, they didnt just talk to each other, it was more like partying. I have never remotely seen or experienced anything like this. It really ruined our stay since we were tired all the time for a lack of sleep.
