Christmas stay
Absolutely beautiful hotel. We stayed here over Christmas and we had a fantastic time, we were upgraded to the presidential suite and wow, it's was just stunning. Breakfast was delicious, lot's of choice. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel but we had snacks and drinks at the bar,all of which was very pleasant. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas , the atmosphere was magical. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would love to visit again.

Excellent stay at the Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona! We had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, but what really made our stay exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to the concierge, Mr. Clay, who went above and beyond to help us with every request. Whether it was arranging reservations, providing local recommendations, or assisting with last-minute plans, he handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine warmth. He made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. We are also very grateful to the reception team for their kindness and generosity. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Every interaction with the front desk staff was pleasant — they were always welcoming, attentive, and eager to help. The level of hospitality and attention to detail throughout the hotel was truly excellent. We felt valued as guests and well taken care of at all times. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
