Hotel amazing, Location perfect, housekeeping terrible, breakfast service too slow.
Hotel was absolutely amazing. Staff very friendly. The SPA was very relaxing and the water lovely and warm. Breakfast was nice but the service was far too slow. The room service was appalling. Twice they forgot to clean our room. The bar fridge in the room was being checked every day and replaced with drinks yet the fridge was not even working! My Mother’s diabetic injections had to be stored in the fridge for the 4 days we were staying at the hotel. However, we realized far too late that the fridge was not working. I mentioned it to the guest services but they did not fix the fridge at all. My Mother could not take her injection and we took a risk flying her back to the UK without her medication. The hotel offered us a hotel taxi to the airport as a compensation. The Hotel on site Manager said they would investigate further why housekeeping did not get the fridge fixed. To this day we have not heard back from the Hotel manager. They did not even contact me to ask if we reached back to the UK safely despite not being able to take the medical injection because the injections had been damaged due to the bar fridge not working in the hotel room. I messaged the onsite manager repeatedly to ask if there was an update, but no response received. For a 5 star hotel I would expect the management to be much more attentive in their follow up with guests especially if it concerns a medical condition which was put at risk due to their facilities not working. Its a shame the Management did not show any care and concern in their follow up.

Best hotel ever! Outstanding service, caring and professional staff, restaurant menu was superb, wonderful servers, Valentina and Carlos. Thank you Sofia for your assistance … we love this hotel and are looking forward to returning.

Had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! Everything from the service to the rooms to the bar and especially the location was exceptional. The rooms were large and the beds were super, super comfortable. The staff was amazing and have to point out Miguel, the concierge, who did a fabulous job in assisting our family. Best location- in the center of everything. If you have the opportunity to visit Barcelona, stay at the Majestic hotel. It is magical and exceptional!

Excellent stay! Everything was outstanding: the room was very comfortable, the rooftop bar offers a fantastic view, and the breakfast was spectacular. A special thank you to Dani for his professionalism and kindness, which really made our stay even better
