A Memorable Stay Thanks to Wonderful People
I had a 4-night stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona, which had both an unexpected start and a memorable ending. There was some confusion with my reservation upon arrival, which was honestly a bit disappointing. However, Laura handled the situation with care and professionalism, and I truly appreciated her support. Beyond that, the hotel itself is wonderful — the service, location, and breakfast were all excellent. I also had a lovely experience with Claire, whose service was outstanding. On my last day, Dani’s warm and friendly smile truly made my day. I would also like to thank Mr. Clay from the concierge team. When I had concerns about my flight, he patiently supported me and followed up on my behalf, which truly made a difference. I felt genuinely cared for, and it gave me great peace of mind during my trip. In the end, what I remember most is not the issue, but the people who made the effort to turn things around. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Slightly disappointed
Firstly, the room needs an upgrade badly! As is rundown furniture, marks everywhere. No bathrobes in the room, had to ring reception next day. Secondly, the room had a mould smell. Got the cleaning staff to use the oxygen machine. FairPlay to the management that offered an upgrade of the room for the last 2 nights of the stay. Thirdly, some of the staff needs more training, as not aware of drinks in the bar or how to prep them. The lift needs updating as well.. scratched plastic cover .. looking bad. Then after paying 180 for airport transfer they sent a van instead of the agreed E class. Is a 4 star at maximum

Excellent hotel in Barcelona
Beautiful accommodations and wonderful staff. Highly recommend staying here. It is located in the shopping district and there is great dining nearby as well.
