Impolite room service
We are writing to share feedback regarding our stay this past Friday. During an important client call on Friday morning, we experienced three separate interruptions from housekeeping within a 30-minute window. > While we take responsibility for not having the 'Do Not Disturb' sign displayed during the first visit, we clearly signaled that service was not needed at that time. Despite this, staff returned 15 minutes later, and the room was entered again 10 minutes after that. We were disappointed by this lack of internal communication, as a note should have been made after the first attempt to prevent further disruptions during our working session.

Highly recommend this hotel!
Amazing service, comfortable rooms/beds, loved the piano player in the evenings in the bar/area. All the staff went out of their way to help us. We used the hotel’s wheelchair for my father-in-law nightly to access neighborhood restaurants. The breakfast is amazing. The rooftop bar is a special place for snacks, drinks and socializing. Clean, great location. Highly recommend!

The Majestic in Barcelona is ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!
This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed at this beautiful hotel and it was absolute perfection once again. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels around the world and this one is my favorite. The atmosphere of the hotel-from the ambiance, to the staff, and service, is understated elegance from beginning to end. Every single employee is polite, friendly, and professional. The suite was beautiful. The room service delicious. The spa is gorgeous and the service I had with Daniele(I hope I spelled correctly, facial and massage) was incredible. The rooftop is a beautiful spot with a stunning view of the city. I’m sad to leave but will definitely be back! The Majestic is simply the best!

A truly exceptional hotel: The location and hotel itself were amazing, in particular the spa amenities. However the standout for us was the service: I’ve never had such universally excellent service from a staff team: everyone was friendly, welcoming and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely go back without any hesitation.
