As a post-cruise hotel it was so much better than the pre-cruise hotel in Rome, both arranged by the cruise company. … this is how an hotel should be operated!

Totally Unmajestic Experience!
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years. Booked the hotel on their website and even with a 15% discount, it was still over E750 per night. This was my first visit since the pandemic and the hotel restaurant as well as the rooms have started to feel a bit dated. Booked the hotel for a friend and myself and they had both our passports on file as registered guests. However, on the last day I left my hotel at 4;30 am, so my friend went to breakfast alone. But since the room was booked under my amex card, the hotel decided to charge me an additional E80 for the breakfast for two, although it was included in the package. I contacted the hotel and pretty much got no response. Reached out to Amex and the hotel informed them that I had let someone else have breakfast there instead of me, even though it was a registered guest. Finally, I sent Amex all the communications with the hotel and Amex credited me the amount. I will never stay at this hotel again!

We enjoyed everything while staying at this hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Room was very comfortable and accessible. We would highly recommend the Majestic Hotel.
