Great Barcelona Stay
We stayed in Barcelona for 3 days before a cruise. We stayed here and from the moment we walked in the service was impeccable. Juan Mancel, Aldair, and Hiamar were outstanding in providing amazing service. Great food, drinks, service, and hospitality. We will only stay here whenever we visit

Rate quoted was not what was charged
The hotel is in a great location and overall we had a lovely experience but in the end we were charged a rate that was higher than originally quoted which left us with a negative experience. There were additional fees that were not disclosed at the time of booking which left us with a negative impression

Amazing! My Fiance proposed in the piano bar and the piano player played our song for us! The staff was amazing. Daniela and Carles rock! We can’t wait to celebrate our anniversary there.
