An excellent experience!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Majestic Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us! Our room was spacious and comfortable with all needed amenities. The hotel is ideally located in the Paseo de Gracia, near many boutiques and restaurants. A short walk to the Plaza de Catalunya. Highly recommended if staying in Barcelona.

Not a clean hotel. There’s carpet everywhere!
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was mostly carpet and smelled like urine. The smell was so bad it gave me a headache. In addition, The bathroom didn’t appear like it was cleaned very well. There was stuff all over the bathroom walls.

High expensive 5* without luxory, very small room without the high class service the hotel promote. No late check out available.

Majestic Hotel Barcelona Is Perfect
Just finished 3 magical days at Majestic Hotel Barcelona after a two week transatlantic cruise. This hotel is perfect in every way. Location is fabulous, restaurants (especially the roof deck) are incredible, service is as good as it gets, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. All this said, I have to give special mention to the Concierge Staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay what it was. Between tour and restaurant recommendations and their ability to adjust on the fly made an enormous difference. Can’t wait to get back.
