Beautiful Hotel, but Service Could Be More Consistent
The hotel is beautiful and well located, and several staff members were kind and helpful. We also appreciated that our requests for a room near the elevator, a shower chair, and a bathtub were accommodated. However, several issues affected our stay. The hotel-arranged airport transfer was delayed, there were communication problems with the laundry service, and we received a different room service dish from what we had ordered. At breakfast, we often had to approach staff ourselves for à la carte orders or drink refills. We had also requested twin beds but received a king bed, possibly due to a room upgrade, which we appreciated. While each issue was relatively minor, together they made us feel that the consistency and coordination of service did not quite meet our expectations for a hotel of this standard. We hope these points will be improved in the future.

Fabulous hotel with a fantastic view of the city from the rooftop restaurant. The rooms are beautiful and the feel of this being a hotel from 1918 comes through with all the modern upgrades we need in the 21st century. Highly recommend the Majestic in Barcelona!

Best hotel, facilities and amazing staff
Great location with fantastic service from all staff. The breakfast was the best we have ever had and we travel a lot. Dani gave superior service every morning at breakfast. Would certainly return. Classy area of Barcelona with high end shopping near by. We had dinner on the roof top which was amazing too

5 comfy days in the Majestic
The hotel is gorgeous, very well located, and the staff really puts the majestic into the name. The rooms are clean, comfortable and elegant, the beds are like sleeping on clouds. Special thanks to Dani, Jara and all the breakfast team that made even just that experience personal and memorable, not to mention the food was great! Thank you everyone!
