Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona

Most beautiful hotel with top notch staff. We stayed here for three nights in a larger room for three. This hotel was our favorite hotel in Spain for many reasons. The staff understood customer service. Always welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the lobby bar in the afternoon after a full day of tours and walking. Our waitress saw that we loved the coated peanuts and packaged a box to take to our room. I wish I had her name but I did not get it. She was delightful. We also enjoyed the roof top bar for dinner one evening. The views were beautiful at sunset. The room was large and roomy for three adults. The room had a nice sized closet that we could store two open suitcases. Bathroom had plenty of counter space for three adults with a separate toilet room. Bedding was soft and comfortable. We appreciated the turndown service. We utilized room service one morning and it was on time and quality was good. Location of hotel was in a nice area. We did utilized taxis more than normal probably due to the heat when we were there. However had it been cooler would have walked more. The hotel AC was a welcome relief as well when we came back after touring the city. The concierge and doormen were always willing to assist with recommendations and answer questions. All in all we would recommend the Majestic to anyone seeking first rate service and luxury environment.

My daughter wanted to go to Spain for the first time so we went for a week. We chose to majestic hotel and spa because of the location. It is within half an hour walk to most of the tourist attractions. You have to right at your feet. It is well located and still quiet in the nighttime.. It has the most amazing rooftop terrace for drinks and enjoyment during the day, but there is nothing like sitting up there at sunset looking all of the views around Barcelona.. despise to die for and is a must we took the romantic package and it was a 10 out of a 10 the breakfast is amazing. We had Dani that was spoiling us each and every day for the whole week but all of the hotels employees are helpful, smiling, and positive and gives a pleasant stay you feel like you become part of a small family.. I love how clean the hotel is. I love the smell of the soap that they give you in the room. It’s like you shower in spa every day. The standard room is on the smaller side and a little bit more dated than the superior room so if you want a more spacious room, you should go for the superior or a suite. You will enjoy the food, the location and the concierge the doorman everybody is at your service. The room service is fast and well delivered, andit drinks at the lobby are beautiful and in a nice atmosphere you won’t go wrong by choosing the majestic hotel and spa and especially not if you’re looking something that is in the center of everything

The Majestic Hotel mixes old world charm with modern amenities. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Looking forward to coming back in the near future.
