Majestic Experience
Best hotel in Barcelona hands down! Everything was 10/10, but Service was 100/10! Location is great Rooms are cozy Service is the highlight

Exceptional Everything
We stayed here pre cruise for 2 nights. The first day my husband wasn’t feeling too well with a bout of nausea. He wanted to rest in the room so I ventured to the rooftop restaurants and bar to get a small bite for myself. When I told Maria, the manager and Arnau, the server about my husband they offered to have something special made for him, a chicken rice soup that wasn’t on any menu and some ginger ale. Arnau escorted me back to our room with food in hand. Soup was delicious! We went to the lobby bar the following evening. There was a piano player. Excellent music. Once again the servers were attentive and friendly. We had a junior suite and it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Heaviest bath towels we’ve ever used in a hotel! Hotel was decorated for Christmas and was stunning. In short, EVERYTHING about this hotel was 5 stars, from the front desk, all the staff, room, cleanliness and atmosphere. A true classic!

Service is great.
We have just arrived to very nice room arranged by the incredibly helpful Guillermo. The hotel is very pleasant on arrival, sparkling and lively. Location is perfect in the middle of everywhere you want to be.

Definitely up to Seabourn standards
As a post-cruise hotel it was so much better than the pre-cruise hotel in Rome, both arranged by the cruise company. … this is how an hotel should be operated!
