Five stars from arrival to departure
Five stars, hands down, for the level of service in this splendid hotel. We could not have been happier. We arrived early on Tuesday and our Majestic Suite was immediately ready for us. The hotel was beautifully dressed up for the holidays, with bows and lights inside and outside. Passeig de Gràcia, the avenue for Hotel Majestic, put on quite a show for Christmas with lights, bows, Casa Batlló displays and spirit. The staffs at front desk, concierge and housekeeping were so kind and helpful, switching in an instant from Spanish and Catalan to English for our stay. Special shout-outs to Sofia in guest services and Nisirine (sp?) at the front desk for their attention. The next time we’re in Barcelona, we will stay at the Majestic Hotel.

Amazing Majestic Hotel Barcelona
The Majestic Hotel and Spa was truly a very special hotel. Every one working at the hotel are so kind and caring. The rooms are very generous with great facilities. The spa area was amazing. The breakfast and dinners were really lovely and the Roof Top Bar is the best in Barcelona. Great location and easy to get to every thing you need. Ask the hotel for recommendations for sightseeing and other experiences.

My FAVOURITE hotel - anywhere!
We come here every year around the same time and this hotel never disappoints. If anything, it gets better every year. Everything about this hotel is first class, from the experience at the front desk, to the room quality and service, to the divine breakfast experience to the helpful and friendly farewell. The breakfast is a dining experience in itself; beautiful array of food, including some bespoke delights (fresh honeycomb, local yoghurts, an array of cheeses and baked delights) with a beautiful additional hot food menu all with excellent service in a really friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The location is perfect whether you want to enjoy the sites, the excellent shopping in Barcelona, or some of the outstanding restaurants in the city. This hotel is streets ahead of any other hotel I have stayed at anywhere. We can't wait to go back!
