Very bad
At the departure, there was many mistakes in the company invoice, so we asked to correct invoice for three rooms, and reception person was very unhappy shaking the head. This is just not acceptable . I got room with no real windows, i am the Chairman of the board of the company, and my other colleagues got same level deluxe room with windows,. You wake up every morning and it is night time, i felt always in very bad mood. I called reception to change the room but i was told it is not possible. I will write a review to many platforms with pictures and also i will never stay at your ho

Spectacular facilty, staff, and location. I highly, highly recommend the Majestic. It is conveniently located to everything we wanted and a short walk to two Gaudi masterpieces.

Best 5 star hotel in Barcelona.
This hotel is truly 5 star in every sense! Rooms are superb and decor and finishes throughout the hotel exquisite. Staff are friendly, polite and friendly. Food is fantastic. Position of hotel is best in Barcelona. Rooftop views unbeatable. This is definitely the 5 star hotel of choice in Barcelona and we will definitely return hopefully soon.

“Majestic Views” and Great Service
We came up for a drink on a Sunday afternoon without a reservation for a drink. We were familiar with the property staying here last time we were in Barcelona. Mica wonderfully accommodated us even though they were fully committed. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable - providing us a table in the shade, brought us fans and sunscreen too. Wow. We enjoyed a cocktail and enjoyed listening to the music and taking in the sights. Thank you La Dolce Vita for a lovely time but mostly THANK YOU to Mica for the above and beyond service. We will be back (but will reserve ahead next time😉)

Wonderful stay in the heart of Barcelona
We had a fantastic stay at Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona and would happily return. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and from the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff was professional, welcoming and always ready to help. Our room was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay — a great selection of fresh, high-quality products and excellent service. We also appreciated the attention to detail and the efficiency of the hotel team. Every time we arrived by car, the staff immediately assisted with valet parking, making everything effortless and convenient. A nice birthday surprise from the hotel added a special touch to our trip and was very much appreciated. Majestic truly lives up to its reputation. If we return to Barcelona, this hotel will definitely be our first choice.
