excellent location clean room friendly staffs (no exceptions) very good experience in Barcelona special thanks to Jhuviel in the front desk, who helped me book the ticket for casa mila and take care of the following. What a lovely hotel. Great location and they offer exceptional service. Every person we dealt with was delightful. Big shout out to Carmen - Guest Experience Department. My daughter contacted her to arrange a surprise gift for my husband and I for our birthdays. We entered the room to find wine and bubbles on ice and a beautiful cheese board along with other goodies to enjoy as well as a beautiful card. Such a lovely surprise. My daughter said Carmen was wonderful to deal with and very obliging, so big thanks. The rooms are modern and well equipped and have plenty of space. Very clean and no noise. The infinity roof top pool is fabulous and there is a roof top bar also. It was a lovely stay for us in Barcelona.
