Ohla Eixample

It was AMAZING. service was well done from the start when we got served warms towels once we got in, daily there were hand written notes from the team to greet us after our day out, and the staff made us feel super welcome and cosy when we return 10/10 would recommend!

Hi Look the experience for NON Europe people is not good - for example there is a problem with English - also what is very disappointing is the breakfast - we do not eat beef or pork - so there was NO intent on arranging chicken or lamb or turkey sausages or something , effectively no interest - yes there was Turkey ham - but that was it - unlike other hotels that I travel throughout the world - so my message to OHLA exiample is simply this : you are in the world of tourism - customer is KING - what would it cost you to arrange a diet that suited us - at the end you lose a customer 🙏🏽

We stayed at Ohla Eixample from December 11th to 17th with my husband and our young son. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very well located, comfortable, and pleasant, and what really stood out was the kindness and attention of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, thoughtful, and always willing to help, which made us feel well taken care of. During our visit, we encountered a small issue, and this is where Olga made a real difference. We would like to sincerely thank her for her professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness. She handled the situation quickly and efficiently and was very reassuring. This was the hotel chosen by our cruise line, Oceania. The room was very modernistic, not plush (concrete floor). Bathroom was nice and up to date. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The most noticeable part of our 1 night stay was the staff - friendly, very accommodating, outstanding customer service.

This hotel offers comfort and all the amenities you need, but most of all it is the staff that make this hotel exceptional. We stayed before a cruise for two nights and this hotel and it's staff made our stay in Barcelona special. I must mention in particular Laura B who was on the front desk, a charming and lovely young woman who could not have been a better representative for the hotel! I mentioned that I liked English Breakfast Tea and she went out of her way to find some for me and delivered it to our room. She also arranged taxi and sorted out various excursions for us, little things like this meant such a lot, it made our stay in wonderful Barcelona even more enjoyable.
