Charming Luxury Lodge & Private Spa

What a pleasant surprise charming lodge place was . Exceeding our expectations ! It was very spacious with beautiful views from our room and a balcony to go with it. the room had a private spa - Finnish sauna , steam room and a jacuzzi with aromatherapy oils and lighting . there was a wooden fireplace which we enjoyed along with a full Kitchen. I would suggest tot the management to consider installing a small blind on the bathroom door for privacy. One other suggestion would be to have some more items to order à la carte . We were not keen on set menu so missed out on enjoying their lunch and dinner offerings. I am sure they are delicious based on their breakfast quality. I do think their restaurant is recommended as one of the top in Bariloche. Breakfast was really good with a great assortment , fresh orange juice , delicious omelette and of course other types of eggs to order . Medialunas were soft as cotton. The views from the restaurant are also breathtaking. Pastries were also to die for Above all , the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I felt more like a friend to them than a customer. Special thanks to Alajandra for making our stay so comfortable. one other cute thing they do is put flags outside your cottage of the country you are from. What a beautiful touch. If I visit Bariloche again, I would not even consider any other place for staying.

Property with a rustic interior reminiscent of the Swiss alps, and most rooms had a privileged view of the lake where you can hear the lapping waves. Breakfast menu was fixed everyday except for the eggs where you have several options to choose from so you could have a different style each day, nonetheless the food was delicious. However, service was rather inconsistent. With some staff, there were several communication lapses which diminished the quality of stay at this price point, for example forgetting our instructions to replenish the soap and shampoo. But other staff went the extra mile to brighten up your day and made communication, both in person and over WhatsApp, seamless.

The staff was lovely, accommodations very clean and comfortable. All the amenities worked very well. Everything was perfect.

We had a truly wonderful stay here. Even before our arrival, the staff impressed us with their thoughtfulness by reaching out to confirm our arrival time and ask about any special requests. On the day, we were greeted with a big smile and felt very welcomed from the start. The hotel itself is beautifully situated on a cliff, offering spectacular views. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the sauna and aromatherapy facilities, which made the experience even more relaxing. The food was delicious. While the variety was a little limited for us as Muslims, the staff were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to prepare suitable options for us, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent stay — a combination of warm hospitality, stunning scenery, and genuine care from the team. Highly recommended.

Our stay was perfect from the welcome drinks, to the flags outside our room showing our nationalities, to the unbelievable views from our room #12. Maria Alexandra, Nicolas and Flavio, all at the front desk, took their time to chat with us every day, answer all our questions, make suggestions for restaurants and place to visit. They made us feel more like family than guests. We also greatly enjoyed the sauna, steam room and massage chair, all in our room. Breakfasts and dinners were perfect. We did not want to leave. Thank you all so much. Also, thank you for introducing us to Enrique, a local driver. He may be the nicest man we have ever met on our journeys.
