The hotel has an amazing views looking right over the lake. Staff were friendly and efficient, breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked to order and a good selection. Lunch was tasty and reasonably priced - they will provide rolls to go if you are out all day. The rooms were large and spacious, the pillows could be better. Each room, or at least the room we were in had a hot tub, sauna and steam room and small kitchenette. Rooms were generally quiet but do have adjoining rooms and if the occupants are inconsiderate then can be noisy, but only for a short time. conveniently located for the "Short Circuit" and a whole variety of restaurants and breweries

This hotel was truly Charming!! The restaurant served excellent breakfasts and dinners! We thought the service was excellent - so friendly and helpful! Our room was very comfortable, well appointed and clean with a big tub and beautiful view!! The Little Stag looked so cool but we didn't have a chance to eat there!

The hotel honestly lives up to its name. From the second I arrived, the welcome was so warm and genuine that I immediately felt myself relax. The team here really understands hospitality: the service, the food, the little details… everything just works. The location is absolutely stunning, and the whole stay felt deeply relaxing. And then there’s the in-room spa… honestly, game changer. Being able to have your own private spa moment while looking out at the lake? It takes the whole experience to a completely different level. Also, the cutest touch ever: they hang out the flag of each guest’s nationality. I mean… how adorable is that? It made me smile every time I walked past the entrance. If you’re looking for a place to unwind properly and treat yourself a little (or a lot), Charming is exactly where you want to be.

The hotel offer spectacular views and peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The restaurant is good as well, offering fixed priced menus. The only criticism is that our room needed serious updates, especially to all of the plumbing fixtures. Everything worked, but looked quite out of date. Overall, we enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend this hotel.
