Montigo Resorts Nongsa

This is a great place to spend quality time with my family!!! The ambience in the resort is wonderful!! The rooms size are luxurious for big families like us with lots of kids!!! The service given by the staff here is excellent too!!!

The stay here was very nice, Erwin and Akbar our housekeeping manager made sure our stay was comfortable and the rooms very neat and clean

Remarkably excellent service and hospitality by Guest Recognition Executive Ms Lestari who went out of her way acceding to all our requests, ensuring that we are well taken care of in every aspects in all our previous stays to date, from booking, during the stay and even after checking-out she would ensure that we do not miss our sampan home :) 2. Great variety of high-quality food - thumbs up to the kitchen and buggy/delivery staff; Great food and good staff service at Pantai Seafood - Keep up the good job, Yuyun and April. However, the restaurant management can consider removing noisy broadcast of inappropriate lyrical songs and perhaps use soothing instrumental instead to match up with the serene seaview. 3. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of Batam city centre and Singapore; 4. Peacefully calm and yet very welcoming atmosphere during non-peak season; 5. Extravagantly huge and spacious rooms; 6. Value for money - very worthwhile getaway for relaxation; 7. Cleanliness can be improved with better maintenance eg. paint touch-ups to cover cracks and moulds/mildew, replacement of broken/missing tiles in the private plunge pool, pest (lizard) management, replacement of silicon glues in the bathroom edges etc.

Lintang, thank you for arranging the staffing that oversees our activities (land & sea), and making sure WhatsApp requests are followed up promptly. Hendri from Tiigo, thank you for making special food arrangements and desserts for my kid, making my life so much easier and sweeter! Riyan, thank you for the smiles whenever we see you. You literally saved us from the anxieties of waiting for the ferry shuttle bus when it was past the pick up timing. We were utterly impressed with your quick thinking, getting 2 shuttle busses and driving one personally to the ferry terminal. Having established for a decade, you can see the effort that went into maintaining the villas looking pristine white. Several villas can be seen undergoing upgrading works however no loud noise was observed or heard. After check in, we're placed into a WhatsApp group chat with the in-villa dining concierge, buggy, front desk and villa manager. Responses are generally fast and during peak hours, within acceptance time frame of 15mins. We spent a total of 5 nights in the waterfront villa with 5 rooms, that comes with a separate big living room with a dining table, good for 10pax, big swimming pool and jacuzzi in 1 of the room. Rooms, bedsheets and floors are clean. We enjoyed the food in all the restaurants even the morning buffet bfast. The in-villa bbq was a worthy experience with a lot of seafood, meats and fruits. Chef cooked the food perfectly and intern Widiya was helpful and funny! I went for and highly recommend the ATV and paintball but be prepared to get sweaty and tanned. My family liked the softguns and archery. Jetski is a must do and if you like the sea water, try the banana boat! There are free activities to do but you gotta catch them at the right time. There's also a free kids indoor playground that doubles as a daycare. We had a day out in the city doing touristy stuff and shopping, which is about 45mins drive out. Montigo is now officially my kid's favorite place in the world. We can't wait to be back soon!
