Best stay ever
Everything was awesome. My Wife had arrange for a birthday stay in montigo Villa 102. Everything was good and kids love the place. Everything was so super clean and service was super good. Erwin had ensure that everything was going smoothly and everything is in place. Good job. In house dining was awesome, the service lady name april and the chef ensure that we were comfortable and prepared good food for us. Kudus to montigo and will always come back to stay here.

Personalised hospitality by all staffs ensuring they introduce themselves by name. Kudos to team Nigel from housekeeping for the unexpected bed decoration and immediate attention when we called. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

Incredible stay
Absolute pleasure staying at Montigo Resorts Batam. Beautiful resort, very pretty calming views, incredibly friendly staff, always so happy to help. Also very tasty food!! Would 10/10 recommended to pay a visit!!! 😁

Holiday with Friends and Children
Very nice experience . Very efficient service from housekeeping manager Erwin . Very nice resort villa are clean. Newly renovated , because of we having 3 kids , Erwin make special request for mopping the 1st floor & 2nd floor rooms for safety issue due to condensation, the floor are very slippery. Gave us extra mineral water too. Massage spa is really good too . Worth coming a trip with family and friends . Especially with kids . Have lots of activities.
