Ely & April were such fantastic service staff. Not to mention - the food was, without a doubt, 10/10. We had literally zero complains from the sauce, to the meat & even the crab! Fully recommended!

Exceptional staff
Thank you for Mr Erwin (House keeping manager) & Nigel, Albar, Aji, rooms are very clean and thank you for the upgrade from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom villa! It was unexpected and it made our stay much more pleasant! Especially on my 28th birthday! Definitely will come back in the future!

From start to finish, the level of customer service was truly outstanding. The ATV riding and air pistol activities were an absolute blast — we had so much fun! The buggy service was also impressively prompt, which made getting around the resort effortless and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Yoga and Indra, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Your warmth, attentiveness, and positive energy really stood out and made our stay all the more memorable. Pak Lintang, your leadership clearly sets the tone for the entire team. Great stay
Staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Erwin was in our charge of our room (housekeeping manager), including Albar + Aji (housekeeping staff) ensured we had a pleasant stay - they were quick to resolve any issues + we were celebrating a birthday and he decorated our room which was a nice touch. They also did a great job with our 2 bed rooms' cleanliness!
