Had a wonderful stay at this resort! The villa no 065 was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made our experience very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Specially to Mr Dame Housekeeping, he great service and friendly. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with a great atmosphere—highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had such a wonderful 3-day stay at Montigo Resorts—truly an unforgettable experience for both my boyfriend and me. The team went above and beyond, especially when it came to my boyfriend’s birthday surprise. Everything was handled so thoughtfully, and it made the celebration extra special for us. We’re also incredibly grateful to the front desk team, especially Hilmi. We had some trouble booking a Grab at Bale Bale Restaurant and couldn’t secure one despite multiple attempts. Thankfully, when we reached out, Hilmi responded promptly and took immediate action to help us arrange a taxi. He kept us updated on the driver’s arrival, which really eased our stress. The level of service, responsiveness, and genuine care from the team made all the difference during our stay. We truly appreciate everything they’ve done and would definitely recommend Montigo Resorts to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for getaway. Thank you again for such a memorable experience!

Our family stayed at Montigo Resorts Nongsa to celebrate a birthday, and the experience was truly unforgettable from start to finish. The location of the resort was beautiful and incredibly peaceful. Being right by the sea made the entire stay feel very relaxing and secluded, away from the crowds and noise. The resort overlooks the water, and the views throughout the property were stunning. Since the villas are built across multiple levels, it made everything feel even more spacious and luxurious, especially with the sea visible from so many different parts of the villa. A special mention goes to Lestari, who was such a warm, friendly, and attentive concierge throughout our stay. She assisted us with check-in, transport arrangements, restaurant reservations, and every request we had during the trip. Since it was our first time visiting and we were celebrating a special occasion, she very kindly upgraded our villa to one facing the sea, which was such a lovely surprise and made our stay even more memorable. The villa itself was amazing. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and beautifully kept. Waking up to the breathtaking sea views from the bedrooms, together with having a private pool overlooking the water, made the stay feel incredibly luxurious and relaxing. The staff throughout the resort were also wonderful. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They were always happy to help with any questions or requests, which really made us feel taken care of during the entire stay. We were especially touched by the team at Pantai, who surprised us with a birthday cake and song during dinner. We had no idea they were planning it, so it made the celebration feel even more special and memorable for our family. The spa facilities were another highlight of the trip. The massage rooms had beautiful views of the sea, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. The massage itself was incredible, I almost never fall asleep during massages, but I actually did this time because it was so relaxing. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Overall, my family and I had an amazing experience at Montigo Resorts Nongsa, and we would definitely return again in the future. I can honestly say that I have never experienced service and hospitality at this level before. Every member of staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for, and it was easily one of the best resort experiences my family and I have ever had.
