If you are looking for 1. Villa with pool 2. Secluded area for retreat 3. Peaceful and romantic gateway 4. Good buggy service 5. Nice terrain to have short walks 6. Packed with restaurants, spa Cons 1. Far from town centre, need to take grab around 30 to 40mins to city centre 2. Outdoor gym, without treadmills/ stepper / cardio machines We stayed for 4 days 3 night, on weekdays, not very crowded, overall enjoyable experience.

Mr Dame who is in charge of housekeeping was very helpful. On one of the day in the late morning, I noticed my room hasn’t been cleaned. So I decided to change the towels with th clean ones that they placed outside the room. Mr Dame who was driving by on his round saw me taking the towels. He stopped and asked whether my room has been makeup a clean and I told him no. He immediate informed his housekeeping Staff to send a cleaner immediately to clean the room. I was really grateful and appreciate his prompt action.

Had a wonderful experience, the house keeping team was extremely helpful and effective, especially Mr erwin from housekeeping manager and Mr Albar and aji. The room was super clean and neat Would recommend it 👍🏿👍🏿

The hotel stay was a great experience. The service was excellent, and the food was very delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the environment was well-maintained and clean. Great resort for relaxation. Area is quite big so you dun feel very crowded though it's fully booked this wk. Food options are just nice, with a few restaurants within the resort. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The seaview at the hilltop villas is perfect!
