Montigo Resorts Nongsa

It’s my first time here and the hospitality was great! Juna, who helped with my check in, was very friendly and warm. Sandy was always ready to welcome me at the lobby lounge when I went there for coffee, and he was able to recommend me drinks off the menu to make the experience unique. Specifically had the iced Spanish latte, After Eight Mocha and coffee float which were all really good! Andika went above and beyond with the service he provided when I went to TIIGO for food and drinks, and was always ready to serve with a warm smile and friendly disposition. Rian, who was usually the buggy driver that took me from place to place within Montigo, was also chatty and I loved asking him about his day. Wahid and Yoga were great in recommending me what to do during my stay here and would ask me how my day was whenever I bumped into them at TADD’s. Widi, the masseuse at Montigo Wellness, also gave top notch service, and I had a very revitalising Indonesian massage and foot reflexology session with her. Overall, my stay at Montigo Resorts Nongsa wouldn’t have been a good one if not for all the staff that worked here. I will definitely be back and highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing retreat to give this place a try.

The villa were super spacious. Juliharto and Agu were good at making our rooms clean and neat. Thank you Montigo!

Was served by Rafly from Pantai Restaurant at Montigo Resort. Service was on the point. He could memorized our orders. Enjoyed his service with thanks.

Love this place overall. We scheduled 4 night but only stayed 2 because my girlfriend is from Singapore and prefers better access to city life (comprise was sentosa island).. here the nearest city is at least a 45 minute drive. It is a remote all inclusive resort with everything you need, even with local stores along with restaurants! I love the morning buffet as well! Every suite has a pool facing the ocean, I strongly advise sunscreen because I got burnt to a crisp in about 2hrs lol. My only negative about this place is the fumigation! The staff brought us back to our room while that area was being fumigated, I tried to use the key that operates electric to get in because in Singapore you can.. this wasn’t the case here. Staff was fairly quick to remediate the situation but we sat in the bug fog for 15 minutes. That was enough to get me ill almost immediately and lasted a week, girlfriend got same symptoms right after me. I’d love to give this place another try though! staff was very friendly and accommodating, food was spectacular at the buffet, only did the sushi restaurant of the choices to choose from and I thoroughly enjoyed it, girlfriend not so much.. she’s picky. I would still go again, with or without her. I love this place!
