Montigo Resorts Nongsa

First time at Montigo, great hospitality for all staff throughout the trip, everyone was polite and helpful. First class to Isra for the unexpected room upgrade (to a 2 bedroom villa) to facilitate the trip with my partner. Guest service team was very proactive and responsive in my queries, even before my trip, well done! The villa was well maintained and clean. Everywhere was easy to get to as buggy ride is provided. Booking of activities and massage was simple, just drop them a text and the team will respond within 5-10 minutes. Good variety of options for breakfast at TADD'S. Tried 2 restaurants for dinner, Hinotori and Warung. Yakitori sampler from Hinotori and Bakar Iga Madu from Warung is a must try. Massage was so good we did one massage a day during the trip. Also did mini-batik painting, had a relaxing time doing the activity. Overall, was really value for money. Will definitely recommend to visit!

It is my 2nd stay at Montigo and I really enjoyed it with my wife. The service team is really well-mannered and respectful, making the entire stay very comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend eating at all the restaurants. Pantai restaurant for the crabs (both black pepper and chilli), the tacos at Tiigo bar, the breakfast buffet, and Warung for lunch! A big thank you to the Montigo team for making our stay an memorable and enjoyable one!

Our first stay at Montigo Resort Nongsa was absolutely amazing! My family and I were super happy and truly impressed with our 5-bedroom beachfront villa (R30). We simply love the seaview and sunset overlooking from our villa. The villa was spotless, spacious, and very well-maintained. The swimming pool was huge and beautiful — perfect for our family to relax and enjoy together. We also loved the food at TADDS, Tiigo, Pantai, and Hinotori — everything was delicious! A very special thank you to Kristina for her wonderful assistance before and throughout our stay. She was so patient with all my questions and enquiries, and she made everything so smooth and pleasant for us. Thank you so much, Kristina — keep up the fantastic work! We would also like to give two thumbs-up to Riyan, the buggy staff who was always smiling and helpful. On our last day, when our bus to the ferry terminal didn’t arrive as scheduled and we were panicking about missing our ferry, Riyan stepped in and personally sent us to the ferry terminal. What a lifesaver! He truly went above and beyond. He deserves recognition for his dedication and hard work. Thank you, Riyan! There are also many others we would like to thank — Erwin, Balqis, Henri, Lintang, Yohana, and many more — for making our stay so memorable. We truly had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to come back again!

If something appears too cheap - there is a reason for it! At first room appeared lovely. Then realised that it was raining inside - leak in bathroom we could have dealt with but water pouring through electric sockets and flooding master bedroom was an issue and safety hazard as floor so slippery with my elderly parent. Waited 3 hrs for them to come and check. They eventually moved us but a waste of an afternoon. They gave us 20% discount at their restaurant which was completely lacking in atmosphere. Breakfast dreadful. Restaurant blaring out loud music but band (pretty good actually) nearby in pool bar also playing so music overlapping. Free minibar but only contains ice tea! TV had no channels. Absolutely no customer service. Go anywhere else in Bintan but here.
