Montigo Resorts Nongsa

We stayed at Montigo Resort Batam for 4 days and 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. From the moment we arrived at the ferry terminal, the service was exceptional. Every staff member we met throughout our stay was warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. The entire resort was clean and beautifully maintained. There were no mosquitoes, the sea breeze was amazing, and the buggies arrived quickly every single time, even on the busy Saturday. The buggy drivers were always smiling, friendly, and chatty, which made the experience even nicer. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and it was perfect for our family — spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. We loved the free soft drinks, three toilets, and especially the master bedroom ensuite. The private infinity pool was a dream. The living room had a flat-screen TV, and they even provided free board games, including Game of Thrones and Cluedo. The view from the villa was breathtaking. The resort also has beautiful meditation huts, and the beachfront massage experience was unforgettable — listening to the sound of the waves while being pampered was so relaxing. We even saw ducks/geese wandering around, which was adorable. Special thanks to Jasmine and Asiz who took such good care of us. And their pandan tea with honey was unbelievably good. We enjoyed all the food options — from TADD’S to Warung Montigo. Thursday night was a highlight as we enjoyed great steaks while watching the live band perform at TIIGO Nongsa Bar. The watersports were also fantastic. My kids went parasailing and jet skiing, and they absolutely loved it. After four days here, we honestly wished we had booked a longer stay. We will definitely be back. Next trip, we plan to try Hinotori (Japanese), Pantai (seafood), Lobby Lounge, and the In-Villa BBQ. A huge thank you to the amazing staff who made our stay special: • The lovely lady at check-in – so impressive that I even bought F&B credits from her • Andre (TADD’s) – took excellent care of us during lunch and dinner • Ogus (TADD’s) – even during the busy breakfast buffet, he still got my coffee and cleared our plates promptly • Azfinal (buggy driver) – always kind and cheerful throughout our stay • Firman – Farjar (housekeeping) – kept our villa spotless and our drinks well-stocked • Ardi (checkout) – processed our checkout quickly and smoothly • Ardi (transport) – ensured we reached the ferry terminal comfortably when we were leaving Thank you, Montigo Resort Batam, for an unforgettable family getaway. We will definitely be returning!

First time stay here, good experience! Very relaxing, staff is very friendly, room is v clean, managed by Erwin. They offer upgrade to two bedroom but it was too big for us, so we’re already very happy with the one bedroom

The staff (including Erwin housekeeping and team) were extremely helpful and responsive. The resort is also clean and well maintained. Highly recommend and will come again.

I had an amazing experience at Montigo Resort’s Spa Wellness! The ambience was absolutely relaxing and beautiful. Yohana and Erin gave me an incredible massage — strong, effective, and perfectly tailored. They took such great care of me, making me feel truly pampered, like a princess. Their service was attentive, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience!
