Heartwarming services and they really have gone out of their way to make our stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. Thank you Lestari, Julianto and the housekeeping team, repair team (came immediately to repair when we told them of any issues), the wellness team and all others. Will defintely come again.

Massive property and large bungalows with private pool. Unfortunately they can’t keep up with the maintenance work and the room facilities are poorly thought out. We had to call the maintenance team a couple times to fix room issues during our stay. And why provide such a large kitchenette with no equipment to self-cater? The other annoying aspect was that each department within the resort had a separate WhatsApp number to self-coordinate your own activities, so I had to save 4 different phone numbers to manage my stay. Each number with varying degree of response times. To end on a positive note, the food (particularly the Chinese restaurant and pool bar) exceeded expectations as well as the spa. Amazing massage thank you ladies. “The Residences” at Bintan have a similar concept that offers a far superior experience. I would recommend this one to fellow weekend adventurers.

Montigo Nongsa Resort has truly become my home away from home whenever I visit Batam. What keeps me returning is the people. Every staff member I met—from the Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, Recreation Club, Buggy Service and Shuttle Bus teams—was warm, approachable, professional and genuinely eager to help. Their sincere smiles and excellent service made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The villa was spotless and very well maintained. It was serviced twice daily, with drinking water and toiletries thoughtfully replenished. I especially loved relaxing in the living room while enjoying the beautiful sea view and watching the mesmerizing sunsets. It was incredibly peaceful and restorative. The activities were another highlight. I thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and jet skiing at the resort, as well as ATV riding through the beautiful countryside nearby. The Recreation Club team—Yoga, Wahid, Bruhan, Coco and the rest of the team—deserve special recognition for their excellent coordination, guidance and care. These activities have remained one of the highlights of every visit since I first stayed here in 2025. I would also like to thank Giovanni for ensuring everything was coordinated so smoothly throughout my stay, as well as Ramadhan, Rahmad and Riyan for kindly assisting with my heavy luggage and my transfer to Nongsapura Ferry Terminal. A special mention also goes to the Engineering team. One of the gentlemen repaired a damaged wooden chair in my villa with such exceptional craftsmanship that I genuinely thought it had been replaced with a new one. Overall, this was another wonderfully relaxing stay. I left feeling refreshed, recharged and already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire Montigo Nongsa team for your outstanding hospitality and for making every stay such a memorable one.

This was our second stay at Montigo Resort, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. During our first visit, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Premium Villa. This time, we were even more delighted to be upgraded to a beautiful Two-Bedroom Villa. We truly appreciate the generosity and thoughtful hospitality from the resort, which made our return stay even more memorable. The villa was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Every staff member we met was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank the Housekeeping Manager Juliharto for taking the time to personally visit our villa and ensure everything was going well. We truly appreciated the care and attention shown to us. A special thank you also goes to Johannes from Guest Services. Although he was on the evening shift when we arrived and we didn’t get the chance to see him that day, he knew we had returned to the resort. On the day we checked out, he even came in earlier to personally say goodbye to us. Such a thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely welcomed and remembered. His friendliness, warmth, and sincere hospitality left a lasting impression on us. Whenever we needed assistance, the team responded promptly and professionally. Their excellent service and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Montigo Resort for another wonderful and memorable experience. We will definitely return again and highly recommend this resort to our family and friends.
