This was our second stay at Montigo Resort, and the service was fantastic from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The breakfast spread was impressive, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning for future trips.

Big spacious villa with great amenities and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Especially Great service from Warung Montigo Staff... Dedi and Jedi so friendly and very attentive. If there is time and opportunity, I will definitely come back again.

This was our best experience in Batam so far! Splurged a little to enjoy the luxuries at Montigo Resort and it was worth every penny. We were checked in by receptionist Tasya, who was eventually assigned to our family to help answer our questions and concerns and she was very helpful and kind throughout our entire 3D2N stay! The other staff at the front desk were also very patient and helpful, they replied us almost instantly every time we reached out! Even at 5-6am in the morning :o They have a buggy service that's very reliable and always on time, it takes you anywhere in the resort. The amenities and facilities at the resort were fantastic. We didn't get to try out the activities offered, but we enjoyed 3/5-6 restaurants inside. My mum liked the Japanese restaurant, Hinotori, the best for its ambience and service. For all 3 restaurants we visited (Tadd's for breakfast, Hinotori, and Pantai), the staff were incredibly observant and checked in on us regularly to make sure we were getting the best experience they could offer. We are very thankful the staff at Tadd's (for breakfast), Renita(?), remembered us and our preferred seating, as well as Michael who helped us take pictures! We enjoyed the spa and we appreciate the staff taking the time to go through in detail what each treatment did and the differences between options! We recommend going for the full 180min Revival Journey (facial, body scrub, body wrap, massage) The villa was very clean, the pool was bigger than expected, and the bathroom was very well maintained! Loved the bathtub and the double vanity. Our only grime was that the bed was too soft for our liking, but that is our personal preference so we still give Montigo Resorts 5 stars! My mum would like to add "If we can add extra stars, we will give them more!"

Impeccable food, staff and environment !!! The garlic fried rice was so delicious alongside the Szechuan salad. The sushi is fresh and very flavourful. The staff are so lovely and attentive, special shout-out to Hari who served our food was so sweet to us and we really enjoyed his company :)

My husband and I had a pleasant experience staying at Montigo, assisted by Montigo staff Ms Tasya, making everything easier. the food is very complete and of course delicious and privacy is very well maintained. Thank you Montigo Resort Batam
