Montigo Resorts Nongsa

The stay in Montigo Resorts was an experience to remember. It was a relaxing getaway for us. The staff was extremely helpful and understanding, espcially when I need toilet paper at 1am in the morning. They always had a smile on their face and was patient with understanding your needs and services The amentities provided was sufficient. The toilet was big and clean. The buggy service was prompt, never had an issue with delays or a packed buggy. Ardi rode us back to the lobby for a smooth checkout! The ambience at the resort was calm and peaceful , noise level was very low. Though it was far from the city centre, the resort had numerous activities for us to enjoy and pass the time. The pool in the room was a plus point for us. All in all, I would say that for the price you are paying for, it is worth the stay.

The scenery is breathtaking. The breakfast menu has a variety of mouthwatering options. Service from the concierge was friendly, as well as from all the other staff. Mr. Erwin checked on us too to ensure we were well taken care of and had a good experience.

3rd time back at Montigo and it keeps getting better! The service staff are always super helpful and smiley. Location wise - really convenient just 40 minutes from SG to NONGSA, and they will arrange complimentary land transfer (5mins) to the resort. Once you’re there, you will have a range of F&B options ranging from their authentic Indonesian food at Warung, to their amazing breakfast spread (Must try their Roti Canai & Teh Tarik & Sambal Bar) at Tadd’s, dinner at Pantai Seafood (reserve the bigger crabs 1 day in advance if you’re a fan of crabs) - tip: go at 530/6pm to see the beautiful sunset view. We also had a romantic jetty dinner which was beautiful. The wonderful wait staff carried our food up and down the long jetty and timing of the food was perfect. We enjoyed the food and the sunset view. They now have pickleball courts too! My kids enjoyed the kids club and we enjoyed Montigo Wellness (spa and facial) very much. We stayed in the 2 bedroom hilltop villa and the views were beautiful you wouldn’t believe you’re in Batam. They have a buggy service to take you around the resort. Would definitely recommend for a quick & easy short getaway.

The place is clean the whole experience is good the staff is friendly. The housekeeping staff clean the room promptly and Mr Erwin the housekeeping is very outstanding in making us feel welcomed

The sThe stay was very relaxing and super fun with activities. The room was beautiful, and the cleanliness was maintained to a high standard. A special shoutout to the service team. Also, Mr. Erwin, the manager, was so kind and very helpful. No words for the view — it was speechless. Overall, it was excellent and highly recommended.
