Wellness spa massage
I want to thank you to the wellness staff our the masseuses Fitri , Ernida and Nova for the most relaxing yet firm massage. We had a total of 4 treatments for our family of 4 and our muscles were relaxed and ready to enjoy our incredible stay at Montigo Nongsa

3-Bedroom Villa | Group of 7 | 3D2N
Booked the 3-bedroom Villa for a short getaway trip with my friends. Villa and rooms were in good condition, and come with some board games too. Villa comes with umbrella too, which comes in handy for us as it rained on one of the days. Buggy service was prompt and food was great (especially the pizza at the Tiigo restaurant) too. We all had fun and enjoyed our stay. :)

Overall Good stay
Received free upgrade upon arrival. Took some time for check in but understandable as the reception was busy with check outs too. Some hiccups with villa amenities e.g. loose tiles at villa pool, musky smell in master bathroom, faulty switches but overall, still pleasant. Appreciated the friendly and tinely responses from the staff for my enquiries during the stay too.

Nice resort
We stayed 7 nights at Montigo Resort in Batam and were very pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality of the staff. The young team—both the guys and girls—were genuinely friendly and brought so much passion to their work, which truly made a difference in our stay. A special shoutout to Sahrul, Cristina, and everyone else who helped make our holiday so memorable. You all went above and beyond, and we really appreciated it. Thank you, Montigo Resort Batam, for an unforgettable experience. We hope to come back one day! Alina and Adi
