I had an amazing experience at Montigo Resort’s Spa Wellness! The ambience was absolutely relaxing and beautiful. Yohana and Erin gave me an incredible massage — strong, effective, and perfectly tailored. They took such great care of me, making me feel truly pampered, like a princess. Their service was attentive, professional, and incredibly thoughtful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch spa experience!

We were warmly welcomed by Ms Kasih, Lestari, Isra, and Eyia upon arrival, and their hospitality was professional and welcoming. We visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and the entire trip was simply superb and smooth without a single hiccup. A special highlight was the thoughtful celebration arranged for us after check-in and complete with singing and a delicious cake in our villa. This experience was truly unforgettable and we are deeply grateful for the attention to detail and the warmth shown throughout our visit. We will definitely return to Montigo Resort Batam again in the near future and highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent resort. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean spacious and quiet with its own plunge pool. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of Asian and western options. Food at Tiigo and Tadds restaurants was excellent. The portions are massive (and I like my food). On a clear day you get great views of Singapores sky line. The location is on the quieter side of the island but is easily accessible by Grab. We had no problem getting too and from the airport. My wife and I would definitely stay there again.

The resort staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The service is top-notch. We got a complimentary upgrade from a premier one-bedroom villa to a treetop 2-bedroom villa upon check-in. The accommodation was too big for the two of us, to be honest, although it was a pleasant surprise. The staff put on a special show, singing a birthday song with one of them playing guitar, three other ladies singing, and one holding the birthday cake. It was awfully sweet of them. However, I feel the furnishings badly need refurbishment, as they are dated. The water from the bathtub was yellowish, so it was a disappointment not to be able to use the bath bombs prepared. The toilet seat in the level one common area was badly tarnished due to wear and tear, and the carpet, with its corner curled, is a potential hazard for accidental trips. The sofa and the curtains have old stains, too.

We had such an amazing stay at Montigo Resorts Batam! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless — and to our surprise, we were given a free upgrade to the Seafront Villa, which made our short getaway even more perfect. A special shoutout to Coco, our guide for the ATV adventure, who made the experience so fun and memorable! We honestly wished we had booked a 3D2N stay instead of 2D1N, as we ran short on time for the jet ski and banana boat rides. The food was fantastic, and the whole atmosphere was so relaxing and slow-paced — exactly what we needed. The staff were all extremely helpful and outgoing, especially Barus from TIIGO, who made our dining experience even better with his warm service and friendliness. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back again soon!
