We had an extremely pleasant stay here in Montigo Resort for 3D2N. The villa was very beautiful, clean and had all the basic amenities provided for every guest. The crew here are all very friendly and smiley, special shoutout to the duty manager Angela Merici Par as well as Cici for being so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend coming here for a short gateway in Batam 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Montigo Resorts Nongsa for my wife’s birthday. The villa was beautiful, spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sea view. The whole resort has a relaxing atmosphere and is a great place for couples to spend quality time together. What impressed us most was the service and care from the staff. One night, our daughter was unable to contact us because our phones were off, so she contacted the resort. The staff actually came to our villa to check that we were safe. We really appreciated this—it showed genuine care for their guests and gave our family great peace of mind. We also enjoyed the activities, especially the jet ski, which made our trip even more memorable. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thank you to the Montigo team for making my wife’s birthday getaway such a special and memorable experience. Wonderful service and incredibly friendly staff! We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, complete with an amazing sunset view right outside our room window. 🌅 Location wise is convenient as they provide free shuttle from the ferry terminal. They also surprised us with a complimentary cake, which made our anniversary and babymoon trip even more special. ❤️ Overall, the environment was relaxing and peaceful, and getting around the resort by buggy was such a fun and memorable experience! Definitely a lovely place for a relaxing getaway.
