Montigo Resort Nongsa Batam - it was such an amazing experience staying there. Starting with the reservation team, thank you so much Mr. Rian and Ms. Elsa for arranging my request. I really appreciate that your team was able to arrange my birthday cake request even though my birthday date was a few weeks ago. Our check-in process went very smoothly, starting with the welcome drink. It was so refreshing and tasteful. We were approached by Ms. Giovani, whom I believe is from the reception team. We were informed that since it was our first stay and due to the special occasion request, our room was upgraded complimentary to a 3 storey villa from a deluxe twin-bed villa. We are so grateful and happy for it. I really love the interior design and the cleanliness of the villa, rooms, and bathroom were so spacious. And of course, the best part of this staycation is the private infinity swimming pool (even though my swimming skills are just like a capybara 😅). We could enjoy it anytime. Thanks also for providing us with general information about the resort facilities and the guest inquiry platform. The response was very fast whenever we had inquiries. For the food services and quality, I ordered from the in-room dining menu, and the portion was quite big. I do love the biryani rice and the curry gravy. It was so delicious chef’s kiss 👌. Kudos to the chef who prepared the menu. In the morning, definitely the best part was breakfast spread. There were plenty of menu options to try. All of the staff from the hostess, service crew, to the chefs at the action counter were very friendly. They were always smiling. For example, the staff handling the egg counter, Ulfia, The lady who handling pancake counter were able to manage the queue of guests who were waiting for their meals. I also want to highlight that the roti jala and mutton curry were so delicious. Thank you to the staff at the roti jala counter for assisting me in finding the condiments I was looking for. Not to forget, the buggy service team was very friendly, well trained, and provided us with useful information about the resort. I wish I could have enjoyed some of the other facilities provided at the resort, but I didn’t have enough time. I will definitely come back and visit Montigo Resort Nongsa Batam again. Last but not least, it was such a wonderful experience. Keep up the top notch service and quality that make Montigo Resort stand among other luxurious international brands.

Excellent service from the staff. We booked a 4 bedroom villa but it was not as nice as the 4 room villa we stayed in a previous trip and we were quite disappointed. Angela who was our main contacttook extra effort to get is upgraded to the 5 bedroom villa that was only available the 2nd night. Angela also helped us to locate a nice seafood place for dinner. On the last day, I had also forgotten about a grab delivery and left it at the security posy post and proceeded to the ferry terminal. Upon realising, we checked d with aome montigo staff deopping others off at the ferry terinal if we could follow them baxk to picn it up. They not only drove us back to the resort, they made the extra trip to take us back to ferry terminal as well. Really appreciate the wonderful service, all with a smile!

the staffs are very very friendly, thoughtful and considerate. i had my dinner at Pantai seafood restaurant and i ordered Kombucha. one staff, named Elly(worked on 18Apr26) noted that i am a Muslim and she informed me on the alcohol content in the drink. Truly appreciate the thoughtfulness and professionalisms. Areas to improve: This resort is not particularly cheap. for the price we pay. i would expect the cleanliness of the resorts to be better (pillows and toilets) to be more clean. they should provide more toiletries like comb, shower cap etc and better soaps in all toilets.

Our villa was pure luxury — waking up to the sound of the ocean and ending our nights under the stars felt so surreal. This 5-star paradise gave us not just a vacation, but memories we’ll carry forever. Truly the most romantic getaway — we already miss it and can’t wait to return. 💕
