Very good resorts in Batam. Staff : Yun Yun, Shendy Beny and Chef Dede from Pantai Restaurant are very well in customer service and food also.

Superb, quality food and top notch service!
We have a wonderful meal at Pantai Restaurant! The food was superb and enjoyed the fresh salted prawns, wintermelon soup, sweet & sour Garoupa fish and black pepper beef. The staff service is excellent and attentive. Special mentioned to Ely, Benny, Yu Yun, Shendy and Yusuf! Thank you so much and will be back again!

Great experience at Pantai Restaurant, Montigo Resort Batam. The service from Ely, Benny, Yuyun, and Shendy was excellent—friendly and attentive. The Prawn Salted Egg was my favorite dish, absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Amazing spa
The spa was absolutely incredible! I booked a 3-hour treatment package that included a massage, scrub, body wrap, and facial. Johana was amazing - after the treatment, there wasn’t a single tense or sore muscle left in my body. I left feeling completely relaxed and renewed. Highly recommend if you’re looking to truly unwind.

Rooms that we booked ran out and they gave us a complimentary upgrade to their premier three room villa. Super spacious and clean. Really wished we could stay longer. Huge thanks to Erwin for giving us this huge upgrade and also Dindro and Albar for always keeping the room spotless. Resident 39, 3 bedroom villa.
