Nice resort
We stayed 7 nights at Montigo Resort in Batam and were very pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality of the staff. The young team—both the guys and girls—were genuinely friendly and brought so much passion to their work, which truly made a difference in our stay. A special shoutout to Sahrul, Cristina, and everyone else who helped make our holiday so memorable. You all went above and beyond, and we really appreciated it. Great experience
view was great. in house dining was good. service quality was fantastic. overall, i will visit Montigo whenever I have an opportunity to visit Batam.

Good
Overall, it was a good experience, but the food handling really needs attention. The pool area could also use maintenance as the broken tiles felt unsafe. Most importantly, staff should be given proper training on safe food handling and separation, as the way meats were served showed little care for dietary restrictions or hygiene.

Great food and service
Great food and pleasant ambience with friendly and attentive staff, especially Yuyun who made the experience extra warm and welcoming. Will definitely be back again soon!

Not value for money and very run down place
Definitely not worth the money and disappointed with the place! We been upgraded to 3 bedroom but wasn’t too comfortable because the villa was too big for 2 adults and 3 kids so requested to change back to the original 2 bedroom but it took them almost 2 hours for update. Finally when we changed the room it was even horrible. 1) there was a weird smell in the room which I feel room were not well ventilated 2) amenties, towels and shower gel was missing in one bedroom. 3) the door wasn’t even able to close properly in one room 4) the water was leaking at the entrance of the living room door as well Overall I will not recommend even the food restaurants was still pretty decent and massage was good. But We don’t pay that kind of money to stay in a run down place like that.
