Out of the world experience
Thanks to the hospitality of Erwin, and the luxurious 3 bedroom residence with a private pool, it made for a very satisfying and fun filled experience for me and my family. All rooms were perfectly clean and wonderful relaxing ambience. Also I received a complimentary upgrade to the residence (3 bedroom) , which made our stay very memorable. Room R38

Spa experience in Montigo Resort.
Enjoy the whole experience of the spa. 2nd time coming to Montigo and 2nd time we went to the spa. Value for money. A must try.

Amazing hospitality and beautiful environment
Spent a night at Nongsa resort for my birthday celebration. The villa was very big, gorgeous and clean. Thank you to the Housekeeping team as well as Lestari, Kasim, Isra, Haura for taking such good care of me and my friends! They also planned a wonderful surprise and prepared a birthday song and cake for me. I hope to return soon and highly recommend Nongsa.

Amazing experience and great service
If you are looking for a secluded place I'd recommend for you to try this resort. love the atmosphere . Services are on point , they attended to your every needs. You can count on them. Erwin is an amazing housekeeping manager , you can count on him.

A great stay experience at Montigo Resorts, Batam, Indonesia
A well-kept resort with an excellent view of the sea coastline. The villa we stayed has a private wading pool with a direct sea view. The villa is very well maintained and well stocked with amenities. The choice of food and restaurants are excellent. The highlight was a private BBQ in our villa by the pool side with a personal chef - pak Fernando and server pak Datang who did an excellent job. The restaurant we frequented called Tadd's has a great food choice and the restaurant staff were very helpful and polite - particularly Ibu Yun Yun and Pak Agus. Front desk staff that checked us in was super kind and helpful and being our first time staying at the resort, she upgraded our accomodation and added free breakfast. The communications between guests and staff via Whatsapp for any service request is super fast and effective. We are certainly returning to Montigo Resorts soon.
