We stayed 3D2N at Montigo Resorts and the service was amazing. Top notch. Everyone made us feel so welcome whether its the housekeeping team, the buggy drivers, or the lobby staff. We want to specially thank Kasih, Isra and Riyan. Their service was so warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Kasih even use her own money to buy my friend a Batam product that was not available in the resort. Montigo is one of the best resorts that we have stayed in. Mainly because of the hospitality and the great team behind it. We are grateful for everything and had a wonderful time in Batam. We will be back :) Thank you very much

Ely, Beng, Yuyun, Yusuf and Shendy were really friendly! The seafood soup was really delicious. The mocktail, Tropical Treat, was also one of the most unique mocktails I’ve tasted. 10/10 recommend

Amazing service and a very enjoyable experience. Reallly appreciate the efficiency and pleasant attitude of the staff. The massage by Ernida was very professional and relaxing, highly recommended.
