Amazing private villa getaway just 1 hour from Singapore
We stayed at Montigo Resorts Nongsa for a weekend getaway and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. Glad we stayed 2 nights (Fri-Sun) so we had time to enjoy our room and the facilities. Getting there was easy: short ferry ride from Tanah Merah, and the resort arranged a smooth transfer directly to the villa. The villa itself was the highlight. Spacious, recently renovated, and with our own private pool. Perfect if you just want to switch off for a couple of days. Service was excellent throughout the stay. The team was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which really made a difference. It’s quite hilly so they have buggies available to bring you around the resort. Food and activities options are a bit on the pricier side, but that’s expected for a resort. Since the location is quite remote, you’ll likely stay within the resort most of the time but that’s kind of the point of coming here. We tried a few activities and we enjoyed the most: ATV, massage, batik painting, pickeball and the beach club. For the restaurant, make sure to visit the local Indonesian and Japanese ones. The breakfast buffet was also quite complete with different specialities on the 2 days we stayed there. Overall, if you’re looking for a quick, luxurious escape from Singapore without the hassle of flying, this is a great option. We’d definitely come back with friends.

The room is very clean, comfortable and fun for families. the staff is also friendly. Aji Setiawan is one of the housekeeping supervisors who really provides the best service that Montigo has.

Very good service by team. Preferred place to go with family. It has been a great experience overall. Erwin housekeeping manager took excellent care of us and his team Aji and Albar provided truly superb service throughout. The room is perfect and super clean with private swimming pool ❤️ food was fantastic, and the ambience of the place made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything came together really well, and we had a wonderful time. Kudos to erwin very prompt and efficient. Dependable ❤️ We are staying at 2Bedroom villas 🤩🤩
