Really enjoyed my stay at Montigo Resort Nongsa. Dennis had been kind and helpful during our stay here, he & the team even help to organised and surprised my husband with a birthday cake. Overall, all the staff here is super friendly and very kind. Not forgetting the food at Warong Montigo, it was soo delicious and yummy! Will definitely come back here again for vacay!

It was an amazing retreat for my team and I. services were tip top . Places in Montigo are clean, from the rooms to the pools to the beaches.Food were awesome especially the international breakfast buffet spread. Service crew are so warm , friendly , polite and effecient. Its a NO STRESS and RELAX place for retreat. The rooms were spacious and clean too. Its a great experience to bond and deepen friendships.

Rooms were spotless, the facilities were well maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities. Service staff is friendly and attentive, great customer service. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff from the planning stage till the end of our retreat. Most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded.

Decided to book a 2 night stay for a short getaway to celebrate my birthday at Montigo Nongsa, but not sure if i am happy with the experience or not. Checked in at about 3.30pm, was brought to my room and everything looks great.... But there were a few things that were not so pleasant. 1. Wanted to take a shower but saw that the towels provided had hair and stains or were dirty. So i requested to have it changed, so housekeeping had it delivered but they brought me 2 more towels that were dirty or stained. 2. Wanted to take a look at the swimming pool so went to open the doors to our private pool but the doors were stuck, we couldn't push or pull the door. So we had to get engineering team to come by and take a look. 3. After we came back to the room, wanted to watch Netflix and have our supper, the TV was not connected to wifi and we had someone to help us with it but they took 30miniutes to arrive. I waited about an hour before i could watch my TV. 4. Just as i was about to sleep, 2 out of 4 pillows were dirty with stains and had a few strands of hair on it. But it was too late so i just slept on the clean ones. However, when the team learned about it, guest relations Dennis came by during breakfast, and understood the situation and tried his best to fix the issue. He was a really friendly guy, probably the guy that saved my trip to Montigo. Then housekeeping came by too, i think his name was Aram? He was apologetic and tried to refresh the room, brought me clean and new towels. There were 2 ladies at the breakfast, they were really friendly. one of them even remembered my name after seeing me once. To sum up, i guess i could give Montigo another try if i were to go to Batam again. The amazing team - Dennis, Aram, the friendly lady at breakfast - saved my visit to Mongtigo Nongsa.

Resort was over hyped. Rooms are quite run down. Paints peeling, stains on the floor and musty smell. Service was excellent. Activities and food are overpriced. There is nothing to do at the resort.
