Hotel Le Cep Beaune

We had a lovely time. Le Cep is so welcoming and the staff are wonderful. We loved our room with the balcony and found the space to be so inviting. Highly recommend Le Cep should you be in Beaune, France.

We look forward to staying at Le Cep, which we have done four or more times a year, for over 15 years, en route to the South. The owner, head barman, front desk and other staff are always very welcoming. The rooms, that we have stayed in, are spacious and clean and the shower is a proper one, not just a hand-held one. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere; it is peaceful; good for parking; dog-friendly, great for breakfast and if you enjoy wine there’s an excellent choice.

Loved our 2 nights at Hotel Le Cep. Excellent central location in beautiful Beaune. The allocated room had a shower over a deep bath which we find dangerous. We were kindly upgraded to a suite which comprised a large lounge, separate toilet, walk in robe, equally large bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower, bathtub and double sink. Felt like staying in a castle given the extremely high timbered ceilings and opulent period decoration. All the staff were extremely professional and so friendly. It was well worth the money (especially with the bonus upgrade!) Highly recommend for a very special experience.

We’ve stayed at Le Cep many times on our way down to the South of France, and every visit has been a pleasure. The staff always look after us extremely well, and the location is perfect in the old part of town. Having a secure car park at the rear is also a great advantage

We stopped in Beaune on the way to South France. The Hotel is very nice. L, the staff very friendly. We asked reception to book a table for us in their restaurant for Tuesday evening. They only have a vegetarian restaurant, which can be nice, but we wanted local food. The breakfast was average. So four start corresponds to our overall experience.
