A place to where we always return
I am and have been a regular visitor at Le CEP, for many years. I return because I enjoy the warm friendliness that you get from Jean-Claude Bernard and all those working at the hotel. It’s a family atmosphere in a wonderful environment. The bedrooms are full of character (as is the hotel itself), as well as being comfortable, spacious and peaceful. I always enjoy wine at the bar, where Adrian makes us feel welcome. Breakfast is a must, whether it be outside in the summer months or in the warmth inside, during winter. The team at Reception are wonderful from booking restaurants to helping with luggage. The hotel carpark is a real asset in Beaune!

Le Cep is perfect: the decor is perfect, the bed is perfect, the pillows are heaven, the shower and bathtub are perfect, the closet, the garden, the cocktails, the breakfast -- all heavenly. And the staff! Sweet sweet people!

Classy hotel in center of Beaune.
Our concierge, Clement, made our stay wonderful. He helped us get our rental car and helped us choose the correct train tickets to get to Beaune. He also made appointments with three wineries which wete perfect. The entire staff was very welcoming.

Pleasant experience with family
The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very nice and friendly. I also liked the SPA and the cryo treatment. I definitely recommend it.

Great service, attentive empowered staff.
Excellent service during our brief stay. The bellman noticed we had several cases of wine in our car and went out of his way to park the car in a spot where it would be safe from the summer heat and sun. We’ve stayed at Le Cep several times over the past 15 years, we’re always glad to have a chance to visit again. L’oiseau meal was outstanding.
