We have visited Beaver Creek several times, but this is our first stay at the Charter. The property is very nice and our accommodations were great. We had a 5 bedroom condo that was in great condition. It had plenty of room and was a great location to visit the village. The pool area is nice with an indoor and outdoor pool.

We had the best treatments and most enjoyable time at SpaStruck - wonderful amenities and kind staff. Steam room, pools, it's all there. We had researched several and were hesitant picking the right place and we'd repeat this decision over and over. And really reasonable prices too!

My wife and I and our two adult children and two grandkids stayed at The Charter for two nights in September and had a wonderful experience. The bellmen and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was very nice. We booked a two bedroom condo that was spacious, recently renovated and included a wood burning fireplace. Like many properties in Beaver Creek, many of the units at The Charter are privately owned, so each is decorated differently. Initially, we were assigned to a unit that didn't quite measure up (although it would have been OK). We asked the front desk for an upgrade and they were able to accommodate us for a small upcharge. I believe single room and multiple bedroom condos are available at this Wyndham Vacations property. The Charter has a lovely restaurant and bar on site. Great wine list and high end appetizers and entrees. It also has a separate restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Our waiter for breakfast, Steve, was a hoot and went out of his way to entertain our 4-year old grandson. The Charter has a beautiful full service spa, an indoor pool and hot tub and an outdoor pool and hot tubs. It is ski-in ski-out, and is conveniently located about a 4-minute walk from all the amenities of the village of Beaver Creek, with its wonderful restaurants, shops and boutiques... and the chairlifts. The whole family had a great stay at The Charter!

We recently stayed at the Charter for a group event so we did not necessarily select the location but we were pleased with the location and truly enjoyed our stay. With the exception of our initial check-in, everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The decor, area and grounds are just beautiful. We had a 2 bedroom unit on the 5th floor of building 2. It was just perfect. We've stayed a little farther up the hill and were hoping it was a nice and this exceeded our expectations and was nicer. The units have perfectly stocked kitchens that made it easy to have meals there if we didn't want to go out. Generally speaking, the unit was well maintained, spotless and in fantastic shape - from the mattress to the sofa. Parking was made available in an underground garage. It was generally easy until the Labor Day holiday. It felt safe and comfortable. I would second a previous comment about confusion for directions on the property. The elevators and direction is confusing until you get the hang of it.

We stayed for one night in September during Beaver Creek's annual Oktoberfest celebration, and came away impressed with the customer service that we experienced during our stay. The valet, front desk, and other staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were nicely decorated and clean.
