A Memorable Stay at St. Regis Beijing
During my recent stay at the St. Regis Beijing, the Room Butler Mia and Zoe made my boyfriend's birthday truly special. They surprised us with a delightful birthday cake and a bottle of red wine, showcasing their incredible kindness. Their caring gestures left a lasting impression, and I would gladly return to this hotel for their exceptional hospitality. The hotel's location is conveniently situated, offering easy access to major attractions and business districts. The service provided by the staff was truly excellent, with attentive and professional assistance at every turn.

Excellent service
Fantastic visit again. Great service all around. A true 5 star hotel with very professional staff, exceptionally well appointed guest-rooms with great technology, I love the shoe polishing and laundry service.Housekeeping provides incredible attention to detail when making up your room. Breakfast was amazing with so many choices and great coffee. A special thank you to Tor, my butler who provided outstanding service with a great attitude and smile, I would definitely return.

We stayed in the St. Regis Beijing for three nights and have got impeccable service from butler Youngdy and Benson. They went the extra mile for providing us with late-night dessert and arranging Champagne sabrage for the next day.

Great hotel to be home away from home
Great services provided by the staff makes a dull hotel situation to make you feel warm and being looked after by caring staff, feeling you right at home. The hotel is aged but the rooms and facilities are being kept in impeccable conditions. The hotel always delivers what they claim, service is their priority and one can feel it from the staff in reception, the bell service , the restaurants basically made me feel right at home.

Very satisfied
We stayed at St Regis Beijing for our short, three-day visit in Beijing. The service is excellent from checking in to checking out. The butler reached out before our stay to see if we had any special requirements, and called on the night before we checked out to see if they can help in any way. We booked using Amex FHR. The room decoration is classy and elegant. All the facilities are very well maintained. The highlight is an outdoor garden, which is very rare at such a prime spot in Beijing. Breakfast buffet is amazing with a large variety of Chinese and western options. We also tried the Chinese restaurant, and loved all the five main dishes we ordered. We will very likely stay at this hotel again the next we visit Beijing.
