Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

Everything (especially food, activities, kids club) was perfect apart from the waiting at the reception. Most of the time when I had to come to reception for something, there was a lot of waiting.

An amazing location, breathtaking ocean view from our room, private sun loungers with waiter service and direct access to the beach. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff. Our butlers, Heena and Ashni were super efficient, lovely people and always went that extra mile for us. The resort was spotless kept immaculate by a team of very hardworking people who always had a smile and said hello. We got married at this hotel and were worried that our anniversary trip back would be disappointing in comparison. This was not the case at all. We’ve had an amazing time. The new golf course La Reserve is one of the best courses we’ve ever played. Meals in resort were great, so much choice. Breakfast and desserts at Annabella’s were fabulous. Staff are very attentive in all of the restaurants. Management are visible and hands on and approachable which is lovely to see. We had lunch and an evening meal at Le Chateau, both of which were incredible. Being able to use the facilities at both Le Telfair and Awali has been fantastic. For a spectacular day trip out around the island with our tour guide Vikash, the hotel arranged a fabulous picnic lunch. We have had such an amazing anniversary holiday here and are already planning our trip back again next year. Thank you to everyone at Heritage Le Telfair. See you again very soon.

A great environment for two weeks of golf, relaxation, wonderful food and superb service. To be fair this is not our first trip and to be welcomed back by management and staff allows you to hit the ground running. Everyone you meet cares. Simply excellent!

Telfair Hotel is a true gem - member of Small Luxury Hotels. It's situated by the ocean admits well kept gardens. Ashni my resident host is lovely and helpful as always, The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Telfair has something for everyone, couples, solo traveler and families. See you again in a couple of weeks;)

Our stay at Heritage Le Telfair was punctuated by enjoyable golf on Heritage’s two great golf courses, and wonderful service and food offerings across the two hotel’s numerous restaurants, supported by the excellent Gourmet Bliss package. We were ever grateful for the help and friendly attentions of our Resident Host, Melvin, whose constant presence and provision of advice was always welcome. Special mention too for Mukesh, our friendly waiter at Annabelle’s who always had a cheery comment and smile to start the day. Also, to pay tribute to the excellent dinner at Le Chateau de Bel Ombre , supported so enjoyably by the waiting staff there- a truly fine dining experience.
