Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

I went for a family dinner at the Heritage Le Telfair on February 11. The welcome and guidance from the concierge team were outstanding. Melvin, Antoine, and Yannick greeted us with bright smiles and guided us from the lobby, where a refreshing drink was served, to the Management Cocktails, where we were immersed in the Mauritian culture. Mr. Dominique Grel the General manager was a vibrant and welcoming host. The entire team deserves a shoutout, especially Mrs Olivia, Mrs Reena, Mrs Jossie, Mrs Francereine, and Mr Nishal provided flawless services. Our culinary experience at Gin ja restaurant , the pan- Asian cuisine , was mind-blowing! Every and i want to emphasize on that, EVERY dish was outrageously tasty, well-seasoned, and hot. Carene, our waitress, exceeded expectations, we were served with her warm smile and attentive service all night long. Mr Gregory the maitre D , never missed a chance to make sure we were having a pleasant evening , as well as Melvin to mention him again , though it did look to be a busy night. thanks to Annie as well. the entire experience was unforgettable from our arriving at the gate by the security guard , the concierge team , the General manager, Mr Grel , the restaurant team , everyone and everything was absolutely was truely special. I will definitely recommend that gem to my friends , once back in Montreal.

Amazing service and follow up. Amazing golf course at the resort

We had an amazing time , we were on the gourmet bliss package so all meals and drinks were included. All our dining experiences were top notch and delicious. Service was sublime and the welcome and smiles were genuine. Big shout out and personal thanks go to the following staff, Olivia the hotel manager, what a lovely genuine lady. Vinshita our personal concierge who assisted with our every need. Abi and Kellyna served us our pre and post dinner drinks, again two very nice and efficient young people. Mrs Shalimi prepared our breakfast to a high standard every morning. Mr Mukesh made sure I had my spicy bloddy mary every morning with breakfast. The somelier David made sure we had the best wines paired to our meals, and as for Riski the tepanaki chef had us in hoots of laughter. All in all a wonderful experience made better by excellent staff . Ps, we booked again for next year. 😃

Customer care is excellent. This is not entirely true for ER Hospitality eConciergerie. The sea near the hotel is not ideal for swimming (particularly during low tide).
