Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

This is a beautiful location. The nature is just stunning, clear waters, beautiful trees, lovely architecture and very friendly people. The food was pretty good as well satisfying any needs. There was so much to do and we enjoyed that it wasn’t overcrowded and we could be very spontaneous. One of our best holidays so far.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The weather was a bit iffy, but that didn’t dampen our stay! The facilities are great, and the rooms are super spacious and comfortable! The staff were also fantastic! It really was a superb 5 days!

Beautiful location with well appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of choice of restaurants. However we would have liked one restaurant with a very simple menu in addition to the a la carte dining. Lobster evening at La Palmier and dinner at Le Chateau both excellent. We had a couple of glitches with our tee time bookings. The booking times with the ProShop were not the same as those we had been given by our tour operator. In particular, our date for La Reserve was on a different day to that on our itinerary. We are not sure how the change in bookings should have been communicated to us. However, excellent service from the ProShop team to resolve.

This hotel really did seem like paradise. The complex is huge with a range of restaurants and facilities. From the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming, always smiling and willing to help. The rooms were spacious and bright. Our ground floor room overlooked the river and we loved sitting on our garden patio listening to the sound of the birds. Plenty of choices of places to eat. I would like to say a huge thank you to our host Noor who was always so attentive making sure to contact us every day to ensure everything was ok. Another mention and thank you to Ludovic who was always very attentive to the needs of my husband who had a few mobility issues. I would also like to mention my hiking guide Helvin for accompanying me on the Waterfalls hike. He is an excellent guide and very knowledgable. I would highly recommend contacting him through the hotel for guided hikes. A very memorable stay in a beautiful hotel

We have been at the Heritage Telfair Mauritius for the 3rd time! Simply because it is paradise on earth! Mauritius has a beautiful beach and mountain landscape and kitesurfing spots to enjoy. At the Heritage Telfair you have beautiful luxurious rooms and facilities with several swimming pools separated in adults area and extra heated area. They have excellent food in various restaurants: steak and seafood is great, but also healthy and delicious vegetables and fruits are served. All restaurants were delicious with a good service- but extraordinary great was C Beach Club with the best staff: They made extra birthday cakes for our kids and make every visit wonderful! Top of the Heritage Telfair staff was our senior contact Ashni: She made us feel like we are on our honeymoon again! Ashni organised lovely birthday surprises for our kids. She managed all our wishes like appointments for massages, yoga and preferred dinner reservations. During her holidays she made sure that Alan took good care of us. - We will certainly come back to paradise! Thank you!
