Named for famed 19th century naturalist, Charles Telfair, Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort, Mauritius embodies beauty and elegance while celebrating its natural, unspoiled backdrop adrift in the Indian Ocean. Stretched across 15 acres atop the sandy shores of Bel Ombre Beach, Heritage Le Telfair's intimate village design includes 20 villas, each with 6-8 rooms that enjoy breathtaking beach views, private balconies, and floor-to-ceiling windows that permit abundant natural light to flow into the expansive living quarters. With design inspired by the French Colonial period on the island, rooms are outfitted with dark wood, over sized four-poster beds, lavish drapery and textiles, and a soft palette of light blue, green, and brown hues. En-suite bathrooms include claw-foot tubs in suites, walk-in showers, spacious dressing facilities, and plush bathrobes. Golf getaway
The only complaint is that I called the day before to reserve a starting time at Le Chateau GC and was told it was not busy and to just come to the course. When I arrived I was told it was busy and I had to wait 4 hours until I could play. I was unable to wait that long and unable to play the course which was the main reason I stayed at your hotel.

Family stay at Heritage Yelfair
A good hotel with 5 star staff. Their hospitality is superb. I normally book all inclusive package and the Gin Cocktails by Salomon is extraordinary, he makes the best Gin Cocktail. Hats off to Salomon who had made me fall in love with his signature Gin Cocktails. I always go to 5 star hotels and the room at Telfair doesn't reflect their 5 star rating. Please uggrade your room because you are way behind Beachcombers room.

Fantastic experience
We had an excellent stay at Heritage Le Telfair. The hospitality and atmosphere were top notch. Our butler Ashnii went above and beyond to book the spa, restaurants and adventures for us. We had the Gourmet Bliss package and tried most of the restaurants here and at the sister resort. One standout restaurant was definitely Zafarani. But the food and drinks everywhere were top notch. Including the beach bar where the staff were especially nice. A special thanks do the nutrition staff who were aware of my shellfish allergy and made sure that I would have options available to accommodate that., if necessary. The service was 10/10. Our room was large and comfortable with a nice outdoor space overlooking the river. Everything was clean and the housekeeping staff were also very helpful. I would love to go back

Fabulous 3 day get away
We highly recommend Heritage Telfair Resort for a get away. The level of service is excellent and our favourite restaurant was Annabellas. The well manicured Le Chateau golf course at Heritage makes for an enjoyable round of golf. All in all a very pleasant experience
