Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

We stayed at the Heritage Le Telfair from April 19th to 27th, 2026. The resort is beautiful and very well-maintained. The welcome and service from Anais were simply superb. She organized and arranged so much for us, providing top-notch service, which we also experienced thanks to the incredibly friendly staff at the bar, in the restaurants, at the adults-only pool, and at the main beach bar. The Chateau is particularly recommendable; the location and the food are simply outstanding. Spicy, the lively, incredibly organized all-rounder, also won our hearts. She was always present and took wonderful care of us. The golf courses, The Chateau and Reserve Links, are a dream and very well-maintained. The food in the clubhouses is very good. The Heritage is situated on a beautiful beach, and there are many places to relax and enjoy the day. We can wholeheartedly recommend the Heritage and thank everyone for the wonderful stay. A special shoutout to Spicy, who looked after us so well and kept us laughing the whole time, you made our stay so memorable! Lastly, the food at Ginja was amazing and a real highlight of our trip. Our stay at Heritage Le Telfair was simply outstanding from beginning to end. From the very first moment, we received an exceptionally warm welcome that made us feel truly valued and at home. A very special thank you to our host, Premi, whose dedication and attention to detail were remarkable. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The restaurant team at Annabella’s deserves heartfelt recognition as well. Their level of attentiveness was extraordinary—they remembered exactly what I liked to drink every day and anticipated my preferences effortlessly. It’s rare to experience such personalized service. We were also incredibly well looked after by Spicy, who was always responsive, attentive, and genuinely focused on our comfort. She consistently took the time to check in on us, making sure everything was just right and always good mooded. This level of care is something we have never experienced in any hotel around the world until now. A highlight of our stay was my husband’s birthday celebration. The team organized a fantastic BBQ on the beach, creating a truly magical and unforgettable evening. A special thank you to Hasley for putting together such a beautiful and thoughtful event. Finally, we would like to mention our golf pro, Krishna, who was a kind, patient, and encouraging teacher. His guidance made the experience both enjoyable and rewarding. Overall, Heritage Le Telfair delivered an exceptional experience in every way. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care from the entire team made this stay truly unforgettable. We cannot wait to return.

We stayed here for a week in April 2026 to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. The hotel has an enviable position facing the ocean, with a lovely, well looked after beach. The hotel has so many wonderful activities and restaurants on offer. There is truly something for everyone. And everything is of a very high standard. Every staff member we came across was unfailingly friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to our resident host, Melvin and also to Adrien for a super tour of the hotel when we arrived. We played golf at Le Chateau and really appreciated the wonderful concierge and transport team for getting us to and from the course. We stayed on the Gourmet Bliss package and would happily do so again. In fact, we are already planning a return trip to this wonderful hotel.

We recently stayed at Heritage LeTelfair with my family including our 8 months old baby for a week. From the moment we arrived our host Sharmine (shout out to her) made us feel genuinely welcomed and was incredibly attentive to all our requests (big & small) and always happy to help and went over and beyond to make sure our baby is well taken care off including organising meals for him. Her professionalism and care truly gave us top tier experience. The rooms were very modern, neat, spacious and well equipped for travelling with children. The food was another highlight, with great options for both kids and adults. There are different restaurants, which we had a pleasure of trying most of them, the one that stood out is Ginja, we really enjoyed the meals and experience (unfortunately kids are only allowed on Wednesday) and we couldn't go again with the kids. Overall, this hotel gave a perfect balance between comfort, convenience and family friendly experience. All staff members are very welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile, shout out to Spicy for giving us superb treatment, whether at the pool or restaurant or ice cream station, she made sure everyone was sorted, especially the kids.
