Our honeymoon at Heritage Le Telfair was absolutely amazing! The hotel, location, and amenities were fantastic, but the people truly made our stay unforgettable. Chef Ram, the food was absolutely phenomenal! My wife and I both agreed that our desserts were the best we have ever had—and believe us, we have had plenty of desserts throughout our lives! They were so good that we genuinely didn't want to share them with each other! Beyond the food, the service was once again impeccable. Sheetal, thank you for being so attentive and thoughtful. You were there before we even realised we needed anything, and you seemed to know exactly what we wanted. Your service was amazing, and you are such a lovely person. My family and I had an amazing stay. The resort is absolutely wonderful and the staff is brilliant. The heated pool was such a bonus in September and my daughter really enjoyed the kids club. Would recommend to everyone. Ashni was particularly helpful and attentive and we very much valued her assistance.

Brilliant week long stay at the heritage telfair which offered true relaxation, friendly service and great food and drink options. Our highlight was the Cavendish where the team always gave us a warm welcome, the drinks were delicious and the live music brought the vibes! Particular thank you to Vicky, Ademola and Spicy who made us feel welcome and very well looked after! The facilities of the hotel are excellent with great activities included. Some small changes to booking activities and concierge services would make this a truly five star experience.

My husband and I stayed at the villa with our baby and nanny. The villa was perfectly situated and the staff was impeccable, of note, I would like to especially mention Spicy & Melanie who really made our stay extra special. We look forward to coming back in the near future.
