Hotel Heritage Review – Christmas Stay (10 Days) I spent ten days at Hotel Heritage during the Christmas period, and overall, the experience was very positive. Strengths: Location: The property is in a stunning setting, with a truly exclusive beach that is one of its main highlights. Spa: Excellent services and highly professional staff, perfect for those seeking relaxation and quality treatments. Kids Club: Works very well, offering great versatility in activities—ideal for families. Gym and Activities: Well-organized and thoughtfully managed, providing a wide range of leisure options. Central Pool: Functional and enjoyable for relaxation. Areas for Improvement: Room Cleaning: Not up to expectations and not comparable to European resorts of the same category. Restaurant Service: While the food is good, the service does not match the level and cost of the property. Central Pool Maintenance: Although functional, it could be better maintained to reflect the standard the hotel aims to achieve. Conclusion: Hotel Heritage is a high-level property with many strengths, but given its price and category, certain aspects—particularly cleanliness and service—need attention to deliver a truly excellent experience.

a fantastic luxurious resort where you as a guest always is in the center. The staff, and especially Melvin, are very service minded and contribute to your relaxation and are always helpful. The rooms and restaurants are fantastic and it is nice to have an “adults only” area. The only downside to the hotel is the beach which has a lot of stones and coral pieces. The golf course is very busy and it is difficult to have tee times. What is missing is a “starter” and a “marshal” who would be able to make the game flow better and avoid a lot of waiting time on the course.

Place is magical and so beautiful. There is peace and own space and possibilities to do sports like golf, tennis and biking. Golf courses are the most beautiful what I have seen. Golfers should absolutely visit Telfair and Heritage area. Service is exellent! Thank you again specially for you Alan! You made our stay so easy.
