Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

We recently stayed at Heritage LeTelfair with my family including our 8 months old baby for a week. From the moment we arrived our host Sharmine (shout out to her) made us feel genuinely welcomed and was incredibly attentive to all our requests (big & small) and always happy to help and went over and beyond to make sure our baby is well taken care off including organising meals for him. Her professionalism and care truly gave us top tier experience. The rooms were very modern, neat, spacious and well equipped for travelling with children. The food was another highlight, with great options for both kids and adults. There are different restaurants, which we had a pleasure of trying most of them, the one that stood out is Ginja, we really enjoyed the meals and experience (unfortunately kids are only allowed on Wednesday) and we couldn't go again with the kids. Overall, this hotel gave a perfect balance between comfort, convenience and family friendly experience. All staff members are very welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile, shout out to Spicy for giving us superb treatment, whether at the pool or restaurant or ice cream station, she made sure everyone was sorted, especially the kids.

Our family stay at Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully maintained, the food was consistently high quality with great variety, and the service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. The atmosphere across the resort was serene and elegant, with a peaceful setting that made it easy to unwind. Noise levels were very well managed, allowing for a calm and relaxing environment both during the day and at night. A special mention to the activity centre team for their engaging and well-organised experiences, and to housekeeping for their impeccable attention to detail. Overall, the resort offers very good value for the quality of experience delivered, combining comfort, service, and activities seamlessly. The range of activities kept everyone engaged, making it a perfect beach destination in the south of the island for a relaxing yet fun family getaway. We would happily return.

We had an amazing time with our children. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is so nice and exceptionally helpful. Special mention to Ashni, that sorted out our entire stay and made our time at the Telfair memorable. We will almost certainly be back

This was my 5th visit to Le Tefair and once again it was superb. We were very lucky to have Ashni as our relationship manager, she goes way above and beyond her duties to ensure your holiday is stress free. We had a fantastic evening in Ginja restaurant at the tappanyaki table 2 hours of entertainment and quality food. The golf courses are well organised and kept in very good condition, the Le Reserve course is a serious challenge but is in my opinion a must play just for the views. planning our next visit already.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Heritage Le Telfair. The hotel amenities are lovely, a relaxing atmosphere with lots to do and explore. Noor was our hotel go to person, very helpful, professional and readily available to us when we needed him. Spicy also made our stay very pleasant, she was engaging, helpful and made the stay feel like home. Thank you all for making our stay pleasant, restful and magical for our little girl.
