At Cavendish Bar, Anish, Wendy, Sahil, and Nandinee took excellent care of us during lunch — attentive, friendly, and professional. Their service turned our visit into something special! Our first time here and all I can say is wow. Your greated and have your own person to look/advise you through booking in to your room to all on site facilities. The staff here are so friendly, helpful and nothing is to much and always with a smile on there face. We stayed in the adult end and frequented the bar/food hut ,the food was excellent the service was epic and treated you as friends a special thankyou to Doralie,Annecie,Raji, Tisha,and Valerie for looking after us so well. The whole experience has been wonderful and every member of staff from management to gardeners / cleaners etc everyone has made this a dream holiday for which we thankyou. The food the restaurants are second to none and nothing to much trouble even for fussy me. Oh and when your here make sure you meet SPICY she's a real light here . I could carry on but you'd be bored but we are definitely coming back .

Our stay at Heritage Le Telfair in Mauritius was truly amazing. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxation. The staff were very kind and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding throughout our stay. A special thanks to Spicy for her kindness, positive energy, and exceptional hospitality. She made our experience even more enjoyable and memorable. We especially enjoyed the beach, spa, and the relaxing atmosphere around the resort. Everything was well organized and made our vacation unforgettable. Just amazing. We spent a week at Le Telfair and had a fantastic time. We were upgraded to a junior suite on the beachfront on arrival, as they were aware that it was our honeymoon. We were welcomed with a cocktail and shown to our room. The room was luxurious and had incredible sunsets from the balcony. We recommend the gourmet bliss package as we were able to sample different restaurants, from the fine dining at the chateau, to seafood lunch with a table on the sand - all included in the package. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. We particularly enjoyed getting to know Spicy, one of the team who always welcomed us with a broad smile and wanted to know about our adventures each day. We ended most days at Le Cavendish Bar with a cocktail or pot of vanilla tea, enjoying the live music and atmosphere. The bartender Ademola was fun, friendly and made some great cocktails. Our housekeeper, Sharmila was fantastic and we enjoyed the evening that Anais, our butler made towel elephants for us and left us a handwritten message. The restaurant staff, including Carene were also all super friendly and helpful. Thank you to all of you.
