Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

We have spent 14 nights at this wonderful hotel on this wonderful island. The hospitality has been first class and we have been made to feel most welcome. Nothing is too much trouble Ashni took care of all our needs and was very well organised and on top of everything this really made a difference to our stay . A massive shout out to Spicy who works in the Cavendish bar you are a shining star and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and lovely smile. The restaurants are fantastic. We loved Ginja and Daksh was exceptional and took care of us. What a fantastic restaurant and all the staff. I am looking to find fault with the holiday, but I can’t. This is a special place with special people and the experience is first class thank you to everybody who made our holiday awesome. Karen and Nick

We stayed at Kaz'alala from 10 to 12 May with our family and had a very pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for a calm getaway. There are still some improvements that could be made regarding the food variety and training of some staff members, but despite that, our stay was memorable. The best part was unexpectedly being able to enjoy the facilities at Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort. The hospitality there was simply outstanding. No matter which hotel you stay at, they treat every guest equally with excellence and professionalism. A very special mention to Ashni, who was exceptional throughout our stay. Always smiling, always ready to help, and constantly going the extra mile to make us and our family feel comfortable and welcomed. She truly made our experience unique. Also, a big shout out to Yanick, a wonderful and professional concierge. Thank you as well to Kris, Emillie, Vimal, and Naresh from F&B, Anish and Nitesh from Cavendish Bar, Wendy for his lovely pancake service, and Doralie and Rajiv for the excellent pool service. These staff members genuinely went the extra mile to ensure we had an amazing family experience. Thank you so much to the whole team. We will definitely plan our next stay at Le Telfair itself!

We stayed at Kazalala for 2 nights and had a very peaceful and relaxing experience. The atmosphere is calm and perfect for a quiet getaway. The only downside was the limited food choices available. A special shout out to Ashni for being such a professional lady, always smiling, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. We would also like to thank the F&B team: Kris, Emily, Vimal, Naresh, Doralie, Rajiv, Nitesh, Melvin, and Anish for their kindness and support. Your excellent service truly made our experience special. These staff members really make Le Telfair shine. Thank you all for your hospitality!

I I stayed with my family at kaz alala on the 10-12th of may. Place is quiet and has a peacefulness similar to that of a spiritual retreat. Only downside there is the food which can sometimes be average. Indirao was understanding and helpful to us there. The good thing is that we can use the facilities provided by Heritage Telfair Hotel situated adjacent to it. It's a beautiful hotel with an amazing adults only pool with a seaview front. The staffs there were warm and welcoming. Kudos to Ashni who was lovely, kind , friendly and extremely helpful to us. She always greeted us with a warm smile which reflected her charm and the way the hotel train their staffs. Also Rajiv at the serenity bar did an excellent job greeting and offering his service to us. Despite many people around , he displayed excellent time management skills and did an impressive job managing several people at the same time. Emily (at Anabella) was sweet and caring. A wonderful experience! France, the Guest Experience Manager, made us feel truly welcome. At Cavendish Bar, Anish, Wendy, Sahil, and Nandinee took excellent care of us during lunch — attentive, friendly, and professional. Their service turned our visit into something special!
