Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

This was our third visit and every year we enjoy it more and more. Alan our host looked after us so well , booked everything for us and we can’t fault the way he looked after us. Jossy also looked after us so well and arranged my birthday treats and really spoilt me all day. We go on Gourmet bliss so we can enjoy all the restaurants but our favourites this year were the chateau and O grill at the golf club. Ginja had changed the menu and we preferred it before but Alan arranged a special meal for my husband who doesn’t eat meat. Vadanna who works in the cavendish bar was really friendly and helpful and David’s secret barman’s cocktails were delicious. I had a fantastic massage on my birthday at the Spa which was wonderful and a very calming experience. We just love everything about the Telfair and we will be back again next year and hope to enjoy the golf courses again. The caddy masters at both courses were amazing as were the people in the pro shop. See you all next year 🥰

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff…… excellent restaurants with great variety. Especially loved Spicy, she was so attentive, always popping up in all the restaurants and bars, looked after us impeccably! Lovely lady and lots of fun

After a period of time that was frankly far too long, we returned to our favourite hotel in Mauritius - Heritage Le Telfair. It never ceases to disappoint and the hotel stay is always something that we look forward to. Once again, we were taken care of by Ashni and as always, she goes above and beyond to welcome you, take care of your everyday requests and often attends to things that you don't expect. Ashni is an absolute asset to the hotel, and it is so pleasing to see that she has "climbed the ladder" to becoming a supervisor. We have no doubt that she will reach even greater heights with Heritage. In addition, Pamela at the breakfast buffet always goes out of her way by remembering the small things that we enjoy. Shamila (?) who took the utmost care of our room was always superb. Then a thank you to the General Manager - Dominique Grel for the kind gesture of a bottle of wine left in our room. Totally unexpected or warranted but non-the-less, greatly appreciated, Having stayed in a number of hotels across Mauritius, Heritage Telfair outstrips all of the others, and we can't wait to be back there again. Service Golfrestaurant le Chauteau during Lunchtime was bad. Cooking skills in Le Chauteau Restaurant, were not good (Instead Medium rare, twice well done), wrong Tea after 25min wating time. price-performance ratio in all restaurants was not enough. The Beach was because the destroyed laguna and the current not a indian ocean feeling. Ventilation System from O Beach is to loud. To sit on the balcony during the day/night was not possible.

we had an absolutely amazing stay at Heritage Le Telfair this weekend. Everything was so perfect the beautiful surroundings, the atmosphere, the food, and most of all the incredible service. A very special thank you to the wonderful team who made our stay unforgettable: Vadanna, Nitesh, David, Rishi, Jean Pierre, Gregory, and a big thank you to the Ginja team and the Cavendish Bar team for their excellent service and warm hospitality. Special mentions also go to Anish (Bar Manager), Lovenish (Beach Waiter) for his kindness and attentiveness, Ashni (Butler) for taking such great care of us, Arvin for the minibar service, and Melvin for the great welcome. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you all for such a memorable experience, we can’t wait to come back!
