Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

This was our second visit to this resort and this one was just as good as our first trip. We were looked after fantastically well by our concierge Alan and the resort offered beautiful rooms and plenty of restaurant choices. We stayed for 16 days and played golf on 9 of these days. Both the Chateau and Le Reserve courses were world class courses. All in all and if you are looking for some winter sunshine and great golf then this really should be a must. Would suggest going for the gourmet bliss package as we felt that this offered great value for money.

This was our second time at this hotel. We had a fantastic holiday last year so rebooked again for this year. We were not disappointed. Our concierge Alan, looked after us fantastically well and all the staff were great. We are already looking to book again for next January. The rooms are fantastic and level and choice of food is amazing. We played a total of 9 rounds of golf in our 16 days and both Le Chateau and Le Reserve are both world class courses. For those looking for winter sun and fantastic golf then this place is an absolute must.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Mauritius, an island of stunning beauty! We also liked the hotel, built in colonial style, with well-kept, green grounds. Many thanks to Ashni for her professionalism and attentive approach to her work. While we were on holiday, she was the only one walking around the hotel grounds, checking with guests to see if everything was okay and if they needed any help. She is a very responsive and kind girl. The food at the hotel is very tasty, we recommend it.

Our third two-week stay at Heritage Le Telfair was once again a 'home in paradise.' It is impossible to put into words how beautiful and welcoming this place is. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful people, always greeting us with a smile. Special thanks to our resident host Ashni, Alisha in housekeeping, Sheetal at the Chateau restaurant, and Vandana at the Cavendish bar. Their kindness made every moment special. We’ll certainly be back, despite the long and exhausting 22-hour journey.

Our second stay and it was every bit as fabulous as our first visit last year. Our room was beautiful & very spacious. All staff were friendly and very helpful: a special mention must go to Alan, our resort representative, who was excellent (especially in organising special treats for my husbands birthday - even though the birthday fell on Alan’s day off!), nothing was too much trouble for him. The food in every restaurant we found excellent and we’ll miss meeting for a glass of champagne in the Cavendish before dinner and a Baileys afterwards, where Sharlene, Nilesh and Spicy - in fact all the bar staff - looked after us fabulously. We look forward to returning again next year.
