Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

We visited hotel Heritage Le Telfair from the 07th April 2026 to 14th April 2026. We had the most amazing reception with Noor leading the reception team. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean every day. We leave the hotel having put on a few kgs of weight because of the delicious food served from breakfast to dinner at Annabelas. The service at all the food outlets, including Cavendish, was excellent. Special praise and high fives to our sista Spicy who gave us the most welcoming attention everywhere we met her. At Annabbelas, Cavendish specifically. We'lll most certainly come back again. We were also well treated at the Spa after a very relaxing spa. We give special praise to the manager and staff at the Spa who accepted goods we had purchased only to realize later we could not afford them all. They accepted the returned goods without so much of an issue. Shout out to this incredible institution. 💪💪🤛🤛👊👊🥰🥰

We absolutely loved our stay at Heritage Le Telfair and can’t recommend it highly enough. The location is stunning — calm, elegant and beautifully kept, with such a relaxed atmosphere. Our room was gorgeous, spacious and very comfortable, and the whole resort feels like somewhere genuinely special. The food was amazing throughout our stay with so much choice and really high quality across the restaurants. Gin’Ja was a firm favourite, and we were so pleased that Le Palmier and the Beach Bar were open this time — both were brilliant additions. What really made the difference, though, was the wonderful staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but several people went above and beyond and truly made our stay memorable: Rajiv at La Case Bar — made an effort to get to know what we loved Solomon at the Beach Bar and Spicy at the Cavendish — friendly and fun Rihanna, our room attendant — thoughtful, discreet and brilliant Nitesh at Cavendish and Gin’Ja — consistently excellent service always going above and beyond The barman and supervisor at Gin’Ja, who created such a lovely atmosphere The golf staff at La Réserve Golf Club, who were welcoming and professional The team at the Activity Centre, who were genuinely lovely and incredibly accommodating The staff at Annabella’s, always friendly and efficient The new sommelier at Annabella's and O'Grille And Hannah at O’Grille, who really stood out for her attentiveness and gentle nature It honestly felt like everyone wanted us to have the best possible time, and that kind of kindness makes such a difference. We are already talking about when we might come back. Heritage Le Telfair is a beautiful resort in a breathtaking setting, but it’s the people who truly make it shine.

We had a fabulous experience. We went for my 50th and it didn’t disappoint. We renewed our wedding vows whilst there and Premi, our wedding planner went over and above in EVERY WAY. She wasn’t just our wedding planner, she helped us with trips, evening meals, spa bookings, breakfasts and was a true friend. She arranged special treats at so many of our evenings. I can not fault her attention, friendliness and warmth. The area itself for weddings/vis w was on the beach but close to the restaurant, which for us and our small family (4 of us) was fine but I could see the space being a. Challenge for larger parties….. so not let this put you off though as the staff and Premi are so amazing I’m sure alternative arrangements could be accommodated. The details from hair and makeup, getting us there, witnesses, the meal after we’re planned to the detail. There was no hassle for us atall. Thanks to everyone - but Premi you have a special place in my heart ❤️

The two weeks at Heritage – Le Telfair were beyond worth it. It’s hard to miss with what attention to detail this hotel is run. From the layout of the rooms, the variety of cuisines to the professionalism of staff to name a few. Their quality is second to none. Starting from day one, we were taken care of with the utmost respect. Regardless of whether it was during or between breakfast, lunch or dinner, all the staff were more than friendly and helpful. No matter if we were at a restaurant, relaxing by the pool or having a quick afternoon drink at the main pool bar, the chats we had with both hotel guests and employees were something we always looked forward to. There was never a dull moment. These few lines don’t do our gratitude any justice, but we must somehow put into words how grateful we are to have spent our honeymoon here. Thank you for having us – we’ll be back!
