Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort

Heritage Le Telfair is an absolutely beautiful hotel and a wonderful place to spend a relaxing holiday in Mauritius. The elegant architecture, the peaceful atmosphere, the stunning gardens, and the beautiful surroundings make the resort feel very special from the moment you arrive. The entire property is very well maintained, stylish, and full of charm. The rooms are comfortable and elegant, the restaurants offer a lovely variety of food, and the service throughout the hotel is excellent. We especially enjoyed the calm atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the warm hospitality of the staff. What made our stay truly unforgettable, however, was Spicy. She is without a doubt the heart and soul of Heritage Le Telfair. She is always attentive, friendly, and professional, and she seems to have everything under control at all times. Spicy notices every little detail and takes care of every request with warmth and efficiency. She often knows what guests need before they even have to ask. Her genuine smile, positive energy, and caring personality made us feel welcome and well looked after every single day. It is rare to meet someone who combines such professionalism with so much warmth and sincerity. Spicy truly goes above and beyond, and she made our stay even more special and memorable. Heritage Le Telfair is a fantastic hotel, but exceptional employees like Spicy are what make the experience truly outstanding. The hotel is incredibly lucky to have her as part of the team. This was our 2nd stay at this lovely hotel. The resort from the restaurants, beaches, golf & stunning views was amazing. We stayed on the Gourmet Bliss package which (at the moment) includes golf, all drinks & meals and we felt was definitely worth it (please don’t change this!) Firstly, we’d really like to thank our host Premi who looked after us so well and went over & above to ensure we had a fantastic week. Such a lovely lady. We stayed in the adults only area and would also like to thank Valerie for looking after us so well when relaxing on the beach and around the pool-always service with a smile and so lovely too. Our room was always spotless thanks to our maid Anita. It overlooked the adult pool & beach and was really spacious-loved it! The golf courses were definitely special, in particular La Reserve (take plenty of balls if you’re playing there). We loved seeing lots of nature around the resort and especially the troop of around 15 monkeys we were lucky enough to see on the golf course. The food and service was great in all restaurants, as were the drinks. We can’t fault anything -would highly recommend and we hope to return in the future. Thanks again to all.

The trip has been outstanding from start to finish. It has been pure paradise.. from the location, amenities, food/drink and the staff. "Spicy" has been incredible each time I have had an encounter with her. Nothing was any trouble.. she even settled my 1 year old on a number of occasions. She genuinely makes my family and I smile. Hope to come again soon!

What a place! Absolute paradise! All the staff are so helpful and friendly especially Spicey who went out to help us every day. Always having a smile on her face!

Beautiful location Superb atmosphere Room was superb and very clean Great value for money specially for the food on half board
