Named for famed 19th century naturalist, Charles Telfair, Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Spa Resort, Mauritius embodies beauty and elegance while celebrating its natural, unspoiled backdrop adrift in the Indian Ocean. Stretched across 15 acres atop the sandy shores of Bel Ombre Beach, Heritage Le Telfair's intimate village design includes 20 villas, each with 6-8 rooms that enjoy breathtaking beach views, private balconies, and floor-to-ceiling windows that permit abundant natural light to flow into the expansive living quarters. With design inspired by the French Colonial period on the island, rooms are outfitted with dark wood, over sized four-poster beds, lavish drapery and textiles, and a soft palette of light blue, green, and brown hues. En-suite bathrooms include claw-foot tubs in suites, walk-in showers, spacious dressing facilities, and plush bathrobes. At Heritage Le Telfair the smallest details are handled with the greatest care, because your comfort, pleasure, and experience are top priority.

Warm Welcome and Service Our weekend stay at Heritage Le Telfair began with a warm and first-class welcome from Adrien, who took great care of us. He provided detailed information about the hotel’s activities and even arranged an upgrade to our room, making us feel truly valued. Personal Experiences and Special Moments Premi made our wedding anniversary unforgettable by surprising us with a beautifully decorated room, complete with flowers and a complimentary cake. These thoughtful touches made our stay very special. Hotel Facilities and Activities The hotel offers a wide range of activities and amenities to suit all interests. We enjoyed visiting Le Château, the fine dining restaurant, where we took some beautiful photographs. The room upgrade added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Dining Experience We dined at Annabella and Le Palmier, both of which offered sumptuous and delicious meals. The quality and variety of food throughout our stay truly impressed us and enhanced our overall experience. Overall Impression and Recommendation Heritage Le Telfair is not just a hotel – it’s a world-class destination. The exceptional service, stunning surroundings, and outstanding food make it a perfect choice for a memorable getaway. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking luxury and personalised care. To the Management Your staff members work above and beyond for their guests, hats off to Premi and Adrien and also Vimal at Anabella, who deserve a special recognition.

I stayed at Hotel Le Telfair in Mauritius from July 1st to July 9th. We had the Gourmet Bliss all-inclusive package, which was excellent and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay without any worries. Overall, my experience was very positive, thanks especially to Melvin, who provided outstanding service from the first moment of our stay until we left. He took excellent care of us, arranging restaurant bookings, offering helpful advice about golf, and assisting us promptly with anything we needed. His attentive and personalized service significantly enhanced our overall experience. Our room was nice and spacious, with a perfect sea view. It was located on the second floor of a villa situated conveniently close to the main heated pool. We spent quite some time in the swimming pool, which was particularly enjoyable given the weather conditions. Due to strong winds, lower temperatures, and strong currents, we weren't able to use the ocean as much as we would have liked. We visited nearly all the restaurants available at the hotel, including Anabellas, Jin'ja, C'Beach Club, Le Palmier, O'Grill restaurant at Le Château Golf Club, La Reserve Golf Club, and Le Château. Anabellas was mainly used for breakfast, which offered a delightful variety of choices to start the day. Jin'ja provided an excellent Asian dining experience with beautifully prepared dishes. C'Beach Club was ideal for casual lunches near the beach. Our favorites for dinner were the O'Grill restaurant at Le Château Golf Club, where we mainly enjoyed lunch and had one delightful dinner, Le Palmier, which offered delicious seafood in a lovely seaside setting, and Le Château, which provided elegant dining with exceptional cuisine. The restaurant at La Reserve Golf Club was also enjoyable with great food and stunning views of the golf course. We also spent some time at the driving range in Le Château and La Reserve. I highly recommend visiting La Reserve for its amazing putting training range and amazing views. As we are not regular golf players, this was our first experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Special thanks to Henry for providing an excellent golf lesson for our whole family. I highly recommend Hotel Le Telfair, especially for its responsive service and excellent dining experiences.

5th time at Le Telfair - 1st time in Ocean Suite beachfront (901) Service and attention usual excellent levels. Shout out to Ashni, Mendini, Ashley, Widley and the sommeliers in Annabellas Personally we don’t like the adults only section - location, pool and outlook Room and privacy for room 901 appreciated but right next door to Le Palmier restaurant and disappointed with noise early morning and late evening (set up/clearing up). Would not stay in 901 again but 904 not adjacent to Le Palmier.
