We visited this hotel back in October for two weeks and in a word "stunning". The whole trip from the moment we set foot in the hotel to the moment we left was pure perfection. We stayed in room 903 on the beach, the room was perfect and well worth the extra money. It was always kept well, mini bar always stocked. The hotel as a whole is so well kept, clean, tidy and someone is always working on keeping it this way. The beach is stunning. The food amazing, and the location perfect, we highly recommend gourmet bliss, well worth the upgrade. Great to be able to use the facilities at the sister resort as part of the package. The main highlight for me and my partner is always the people and this resort is streets above any other resort we've stayed at. (sorry if we miss anyone's name but you all made our trip) The ones which made it that little bit special Jonathan at Le Chateau, we visited on the first and last night and he remembered us both times, spent time talking to us, super service, also a mention to Shane the manager at Le Chateau, a top guy who always had time to talk with us and the superb piano player. Our favourite place, Gin'ja great food and we went for lunch most days, many thanks to Nitish, you made our day everyday and thank you to Sharone the manager. Kanen and Ornella in Annabella's, always very chatty and helpful, Deepa at the Indian restaurant at the sister resort was great and we have to mention the greatest of all Geremie who looked after us everyday on the beach, we always chatted and had a laugh and we even left with a gift, his bands CD, he showed us a great personal touch which we will treasure always. Overall a sensational holiday, I cannot praise this resort highly enough and I hope to see you all again. Thank you

We're (6 of us) on the last day of our 8-day stay and we're sad to be going home. Herewith a quick review of the positive and negatives. Positives: Great room (Beach Suite) Awesome food at a variey of restuarants Good wifi Great golf course Lots of activities Friendly hotel staff Negatives: I reported a leaking basin three times before it was fixed Water temp fluctuates rapidly in the shower C Beach Club - no signage or notification when closed. Manager extremely rude. Made us feel very unwelcome when there. Kept on watching us as if we were going to do something wrong. Chased us away on a day when when they were preparing for a private function (no signage to say it's closed). It's not so much the chasing us away for the preparation for the function, but more the manner in which it is done. Always two sides to a story, but in this case there really was no reason for the bad treatment. We're going there again today and if he makes us feel uncomfortable, I will say something to him. Loved seeing the cats in the restaurant, but guess it's not everyone's cup of tea You need aircon in the toilets by Annabellas. It's so hot in there... and unpleasant if someone has gone just before you Boat Club - move your information board to the left of the kiosk. It's lost on the right... If you get a room near the C Beach Club, expect to be kept awake by parties. Not ideal for families with young kids. Pack aqua boots. The beach and sea sand is rough and full of coral.

Wow, where do I even begin with this wonderful resort... The hotel itself is absolutely stunning! As soon as we arrived I was in awe of how beautiful the interior and exterior of the hotel was. We were instantly greeted by the hotel staff who were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Our room was serene and peaceful, overlooking the Indian Ocean, and decorated to the nines! Each night I would sit on the balcony, sipping my tea while watching the sunset as the birds chirped, it was an absolute dream! I also must add that the food was delicious! We ate most nights at Annabella's and every meal was impressive. Also, the breakfast buffet was amazing! Chocolate croissants, turkey sausages, fresh fruits, and even a juice bar, were among the decadent options. I could go on and on but why not find out for yourself just how amazing this very special place is.

We visited the Telfair for the third time in November a little apprehensive following changes to the hotel. It was wonderful all the changes added to what we had previously thought was perfection. The staff were as usual all superb; friendly, helpful and truly eager to please. The new decor and seating areas add to the ambience. Can't wait to come back in 2019...we'll be bringing our friends and family next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Heritage Le Telfair, the staff were incredibly helpful and polite and always at your disposal, The beach is very good and stretches for a long way allowing you to take incredible walks or runs, ideal in the morning or late afternoon. The room was large as was the bathroom with a walk in shower and separate loo, all the amenities you need were there, Three of the four restaurants were very good except the Beach club which was the only disappointment, the choice and quality of food at the evening buffett was below the hotels general standard, so perhaps this needs attention from management, we would not hesitate to stay there again as it was an overall fantastic experience, The hotel was renovated in September 2017 so all buildings etc are in tip top condition. We can highly recommend Heritage Le Telfair,

Claude N
