A Night Stay At So Sofitel
It was a nice experience. Serenity at it's best. Very peaceful and nature lovers will love the place. The plunge pool was the highlight. Mr Raj was very friendly. He made sure we had a good time at the hotel.

10th Wedding Anniversary. Must Stop destination in South Mauritius
Coming to MRU for first time for our 10th Marriage Anniversary.So Sofitel is a must stop destination if u r looking for peace and calm. Raj at the Check In Desk was very helpful and warm. Anastasia in the Le Flamboyant Restaurant took care of the food very nicely.

A beautiful hotel, disappointing services
We were there by TUI. The hotel itself has beautiful site, rooms are big, wiew from our is wonderful. Cleaning service was very late. I switched on the make up my room at 9 in the morning, but they came daily after 3. The floor remained sandy, dirty after. They did not fill the daily water. I had to phone 2-3 times to the reception each and every day. Breakfast was quite good, while the dinner was weaker. Last evening I was waiting at the reception more than half hour for the restaurant room charge, and they did not put it in the system. 2 hours later they called me, that my room is checked out and thes can not charge. We agreed that th pick up will bring the invoice. Instead I had to go to the receptionist while we had an appointment at the guest entrance. It was very annoying. For the last morning they promised breakfast pack, of course they forgot it.
