Exceptionally beautiful experience and service
Exceptional experience, incredible service and the hotel is beautiful - the people that work here look out for you, they are amazing, I have to mention few names as we as a family have been touched and helped at most difficult time with our girl being unwell - special thanks to Raj, he is amazing, Anastasia, Kimi, chef Michael, Linley and everybody else! The staff are beautiful people. The surroundings of the hotel are so greenery, very beautiful and can feel the relaxation. Thank you SO sofitel

Check in process tedious Leave car at car park Pick up point not well marked and no shades Check in counter small but welcoming young Sohinee Views good Room is small Restaurant limited Food options compared to other five stars very limited .if you’re vegetarian not a good option Room fridge keeps cool not cold Air con in room was noisy Location is excellent Price is first class rate for an economy service I regret paying that much Talking to manager is like taking to God Not available If you’re gold Accor plus from Australia there’s zero benefits

Quiet Holiday
Loved the tranquility and sense of privacy that the hotel offers in plenty. The hotel staff made our stay extra special with their refreshing hospitality.

This property is very beautiful, relaxing, food is amazing.. everyday they had different menu and staff is super helpful and friendly.. other services like spa, sport area are really good.. would recommend to family and friends.
