Great
We had an absolutely beautiful stay at SO Sofitel Mauritius. It was honestly one of the most relaxing hotel experiences we have ever had. Our room was the best and most spacious room we have ever stayed in. It felt luxurious and comfortable, with a beautiful bath and shower and a lovely connection to the outdoor area, which really added to the tropical experience. Waking up there every morning felt special. The location is stunning, right next to the beach. The sea was beautifully warm, and the stronger waves seemed to break further out, leaving the water closer to the beach much calmer and perfect for swimming and relaxing. The whole resort was incredibly peaceful. The swimming pool was fantastic and often almost empty, so we could completely switch off without crowds or lots of noise. We also loved playing tennis, and being able to book and use the court for free was a great addition. A very special thank you to Mr Raj and the wonderful staff. Raj went above and beyond for us and was always there to help with anything we needed. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. The whole team were genuinely kind, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay and really contributed to making our holiday so memorable. We had a late evening flight on our final day, and the staff were incredibly helpful in arranging a late checkout for us. This made such a difference because we were able to continue enjoying the beach, pool and our beautiful room rather than spending our last day waiting around with our luggage. From the huge, beautiful room and warm sea to the peaceful pool, free tennis and exceptional service, we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing experience. Thank you especially to Mr Raj and the entire team for looking after us so well and going above and beyond. We would absolutely stay here again. ❤️
