Great looking hotel but did not fulfil a 5* experience . Location if hotel is superb. Near all transport connections. Multi-storey car park nearby with discount provided on rate by hotel. Decor throughout was amazing but felt it just didn’t reach the 5* level expected.

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
