This was a first class experience, from then moment of arrival to departure. If there was ever a hotel you did not want to leave, this is it. The room, the staff, the service, it has it all. Highly recommended l!!!

Brilliant place.... amazing restaurant
Wow...what a lovely hotel...literally have no complaints. All staff are efficient and friendly, but especially the restaurant staff...I need to give a special plaudit to the girls who served us on 21 October for dinner....brilliant. please eat in the restaurant, the food is fantastic!!! and by far the best breakfast ever!!!. The rooms are quiet and comfortable with a great supply of coffees, hot chocolate, teas, biscuits and chocolates. Dressing gowns etc.Lovely bar downstairs, again with helpful staff and great food . Definitely recommend

Wonderful hotel!
All around great hotel. Feels like a boutique hotel with all the services of a big, full-service hotel. Rooms incredibly comfortable and stylish. Food at both the bar and the regular restaurant very good. Breakfast buffet very generous with wide selection. No need to order extra unless you want eggs. We used the concierge services for booking tours and for a referral to urgent care. Everyone at the concierge desk was incredibly resourceful and lovely to interact with. Hotel in excellent location.

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
