Best City Break
This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The receptionist at check in was so helpful and friendly (Catriona) and Michael the concierge who looked after our cases until the room was ready, was very welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped with turndown service every evening. Breakfast was delicious with an extensive menu and the waitresses very helpful. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel in a perfect location for sightseeing in Belfast

Sean and Ross = the perfect drinking experience
Ross and Sean are the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. So knowledgable, friendly and created the most beautiful hand crafted cocktails I’ve ever drunk. 10/10 would recommend

We stay on Saturday the 12th. Check in staff was very interested and not one smile came from that lady. Bar and dinner in restaurant were lovely but the breakfast was just horrendous experience. For a 5 star hotel the young girl in who's section we were seated, looked like she didn't wanted to be there, she didn' talked to us once if we needed anything or if everything was OK. She never oce smiled. We had to ask another member of staff to take our breakfast order. We also had to ask for a fresh pot of tea. This breakfast experience just really spoiled our stay. I have filled in the hotels review that was sent out day after our stay, but nearly a week later no-one contacted me about the bad review I have given them...

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
