5* all the way
One of the most beautiful stays, the hotel itself was absolutely stunning, but the staff were incredible, at one point a member of staff could see the team were all plugged into chargers she went out of her way to get an extension lead so we could all be more comfortable at the table. The evening staff to turn down the room with the chocolates was a gorgeous touch. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and honestly this was up there. Superb location
The Fitzwilliam is situated in the heart of Belfast. It was very comfortable. Staff are excellent and very friendly and helpful. Our room was again very comfortable but could have done with more space in bathroom for toiletries etc. Breakfast was very average in terms of selection of fruit / breads. We had 1 evening meal which was very good.

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
