I had a wonderful stay at The Fitzwilliam Hotel in Belfast. The room was very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the bed was excellent for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall experience felt effortless and welcoming. The only minor downside was the lack of storage space in the bathroom for cosmetics. Aside from that, everything was absolutely fabulous. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay.
Had a lovely stay and will definitely return. Service was exceptional. Lauren was amazing to us really friendly and made us feel so warm. The Easter Egg in the room was a lovely touch, these small things make our stay special and very memorable. Thank you so much Mr and Mrs B 😊

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful. Our room was spacious, bright and comfortable, it was a special occasion and the team acknowledged this. All the team are so friendly. The food and drink are top quality!

Something special!
Went here for a late mother's day get together with my Mum, who is quite unwell at present. From the initial phone call to make the reservation until we left after our meal, the customer service was exceptional. I have never experienced anything like it. They bent over backwards to accommodate us and this attention to detail really makes for an incredibly special experience. We went for afternoon tea and the food was every bit as good as the service. And enough leftovers to keep us in delicious treats for days! Special thanks to Lauren for accommodating our needs so well.

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
