One thing didn’t work for me (personal opinion)
Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Room has everything you need and the signature view was fab especially at night. Only ate breakfast at the hotel which was very good with great staff. WiFi was patchy at best up in floor 8. Downside for me and I know this is a personal opinion was the mattress. For me one if the most uncomfortable I have slept on. Needed some modification ie sleeping on top of the duvet and under the end of bed cover. It’s for this it didn’t get five stars.

Night away for the theatre
Excellent hotel. Staff were fabulous and would do anything to help. Had the most wonderful stay. Concierge were so helpful and would definitely recommend valet parking, it’s no more expensive than the car park.

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
