Birthday treat for Michelle
We stayed in this lovely hotel on Sunday the 8 of march. We were delighted with our room. The nice warm welcome we received from the reception staff. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast with lots of choice. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. We visit Belfast quite often so we will definitely be staying in the Fitzwilliam hotel on our next visit.

Fix access
Such terrible lift and access service. With so many rooms in a hotel that is very busy, you’d think after 3 days of half the public lifts being broken, they’d allow free access to stairs. But the doors from stairs to the service floors (such as the one with the gym) remains inaccessible…. Meaning the public are using concierge lift, or waiting an average of 10-15 minutes every time they need to leave their room. Do not go if you’re on a business trip!

Beautiful hotel. Great location and wonderful friendly staff. Particular mention must be given to Brian in the bar and concierge guy Gavin. Couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive.

Wonderful afternoon tea
Had a beautiful afternoon tea experience to celebrate my mum’s birthday. The staff couldn’t be nicer and so attentive. The food was truly delicious. Definitely recommend😀

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
