Amazing experience
Amazing staff, Arthur stood out! He was very helpful, kind and a hard worker. Stayed in the bar for a few drinks before the show next door and was amazed by the professionalism and standards. Would definitely be back again! Thank you Fitz!

Just waiting for the taxi back to the airport and leaving with a heavy heart. The hotel is lovely and staff are very welcoming. From the front desk to the breakfast crew all staff were great. Paul the concierge recommended the Harlem cafe for breakfast and the man knows his stuff. First time to Belfast and it’s such a vibrant place. Will return and stop here again. The hotel is well situated and the cocktail bar is great. Rooms are well sized and has everything you need for a good stay. Our room was on the 7th floor and with a good view of the city. See you again soon. Top marks all. Thanks again

Amazing staff in this lovely hotel.
What a fantastic hotel. The staff were the real stand out, they were so polite and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful, restaurant, lounge, bar and rooms are great. The location is also great.

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
