Excellent in every respect
This hotel is right beside the city centre. All staff were friendly and really helpful. We had a lovely room, very clean and comfortable. The room is well planned and fitted out, we had an excellent nights sleep. Breakfast was first class with a great choice. Already booked another nights stay in May

Lovely stay for two nights. Staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. Rooms were spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Food in the bar was lovely and the bar was extremely well run. It certainly was a 5 star service and we got a very competitive price.

Excellent overnight stay for a trip to theatre in Belfast
The hotel is ideally situated close to the city centre. There is adequate parking close by although the Belfast traffic system is chaotic. If you’re visit the Grand Opera House for a show, this is the perfect hotel just next door. The rooms and bed was comfortable. However, like most hotels of the period there were no usb phone charging points either close to the bed or elsewhere in the room - so remember to bring a phone charger. The restaurant was excellent and I can recommend the breakfast that was delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and made us feel at home right from the outset. The hotel is close to Grand Central Station and is highly recommended if you’re visit Belfast either for business or leisure.

Very enjoyable stay in the Fitzwilliam, perfect location for exploring the city. The staff are friendly and courteous. We stayed in one of the corner rooms which was very comfortable with a great view of the city. Would be 100% happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.
