You will not regret staying at the Oxford Hotel. The location is perfect and from the moment you pull in to the valet lane, it only gets better. Valet is welcoming. Check-in and out are quick and easy. The front desk and concierge are helpful and knowledgeable. Even housekeeping was friendly in the hallways. I did not have the opportunity to experience all of the amenities as I was there for business, however, I am certain they would also meet my high expectations. We also spent a full day in the conference center and though it was subterranean, the service was excellent.

We have stayed at the Oxford multiple times over the past few years. Formerly traveling with our beloved canine companion. This was our first stay without her. We had a lovely room, which was cherry and bright with room for our two expensive road bikes. The summer festival was in downtown so it was bustling with live music right outside. We loved it! It's in the heart of downtown so you can walk to everything. Another great stay at the Oxford.

The oxford is an outstanding location with very accommodating staff. The hotel is very clean and fresh. Evening turndown service is marginal but every other facet of the hotel exceeded our expectations

The rooms were nice and clean, service was great. For what ever reason the price of the room was about $50 dollars a night cheaper for a comparable room at the Double Tree, we don't stay at Oxford very much because of the room prices. So it was to be able to stay this time at the Oxford.

We traveled to Bend as part of a four day cycling trip in the area and weren't we lucky that Bicycle Adventures had us stay the first two nights at the Oxford Hotel. Our room on the 5th floor was a mini-suite with a balcony overlooking Downtown Bend. The attention to comfort are so extreme that the hotel provides guests with a pillow menu to make certain you have the exact pillow to meet your needs. The king size bed with the organic mattress and sheets was as comfortable a bed as I've ever slept on. There is a leather couch in the separate sitting area (separated by a partial partition) with a TV in each area. There is a refrigerator and coffee maker in each room along with a microwave. The hotel emphasizes environmental practices which fits right in line with our personal lifestyle. The Oxford is located in the heart of Downtown with access to everything. My wife always says you can tell the quality of a hotel by the quality of the bathroom products it offers and whether it has a good quality bath robe. Not only did the Oxford meet her high expectations, it exceeded them. Staff was stellar from the bell staff, to the front desk to the servers in the hotel's outstanding restaurant. As the penultimate test, we returned to Bend for some R&R after the bike trip for two days before we went home. We had booked and paid for an Air B&B in a nice, accessible neighborhood. We arrived back in Bend, called the Oxford, booked a room for two more nights and then called the Air B&B owner and told her thanks, but no thanks. We will come back to Bend just to pamper ourselves at The Oxford!
