The Oxford Hotel

We loved this hotel. Stayed in room 210 a corner unit with a balcony. The size is really nice, loved the area with pressed coffee, high end coffee choices and upgraded teas, fridge and microwave. The bathroom is beautiful with a separate water closet. Loved the tub and huge shower. There is a pillow choice, robes and slippers, sofa, sitting area. It’s very nice. The lobby is beautiful with a fireplace to enjoy. Service is impeccable. You can walk to any restaurant or shop downtown Bend. It’s just the right size, not too big, cozy.

Amazing service! Great staff! The most comfortable king room I’ve ever stayed in. Sauna and hot tub on a 7th floor workout room with floor to ceiling windows. Right downtown, which I know in most cities is not ideal, but downtown bend is so incredibly cute and so many great shops and restaurants are walking distance, then the park is also right there. Also their restaurant has PHENOMENAL brunch. Best espresso martini I’ve ever had.

The location and room were perfect. The team working there is very friendly, kind, and thoughtful. I would genuinely recommend staying there if you‘re visiting Bend or the surrounding areas. I can‘t wait to visit again.

I have stayed at some of the best hotels around the world, and I have to honestly say that my stay at Oxford was extraordinary. What made it so was the Oxford team - there is something truly special about the way they treat guests and one another. Each and every one was proactively helpful, genuinely kind, and incredibly thoughtful. All of that began before I even arrived. I've never been treated better anywhere. The hotel itself is great, but it was the *team* who made it extraordinary.

Every team member that I encountered from the minute I walked into the lobby to check in, to having lunch in Roam upon arrival, and the Roam staff attending to our meeting for both days, could not have been kinder, more professional or excellent in their attention to detail, service and responsiveness. We had breakfast and lunch in Roam, and the menu options great and food delicious. The hotel is beautiful, super clean, and the rooms and amenities are fantastic. I think everyone that attended the meeting fell in love with Bend and the hotel and their incredible team. Perfect location with great restaurants, shopping and hiking close by.
