Claremont Resort & Club

We celebrated a special weekend at the Claremont and arranged a room block for our friends and family. We were fortunate to work with Nicci Spiteri, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Nicci regularly checked in with us to anticipate any needs that should be addressed before our arrival. Everyone had an amazing stay!

This hotel is gorgeous. I stay here every time I can if I am in the Bay Area on business. The grounds and building are breathtaking and the rooms are architectural gems. Seems no two are alike. It’s spotless. The staff is lovely and attentive and I even got a nice card and stunning upgrade on my birthday from Effie at the front desk who I hope I see every time I come back. One time I stayed here and a cheese plate was in my room and a note wishing me well during my stay. The hotel is epic and special and welcoming.

This has been an incredible stay! I came here for work and didn’t realize I wouldn’t want to step off the property! I was assisted multiple times by Effie at the front, she was so kind, efficient and made me feel memorable amongst so many other guests. I will be back!

I was a student at Berkeley 15 years ago and always wondered about the "white castle'" on the hills. On the occasion of my daughter's birthday, I decided to stay at the Claremont for the first time. Our stay was beyond what I expected. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a suite at a low cost. Effie at the front desk had a special birthday surprise and a hand written birthday card delivered to our room. Francisco at the Linwood Restaurant provided exceptional service. And we are yet to explore the pools and amenities. I would stay here again.

Effie was amazing, we come frequently and she always remembers my name! Even in passing in the hallway. The location can’t be beat. All amenities are nice, work out room is great as well. They charge a hefty $50 per day however. It’s a lovely hotel.
