Charming resort stay with all the high end touches
I had a perfect birthday weekend here! Jonas at front desk was extremely helpful with parking and checkin and check out. My husband loved the outdoor workout area at the club and it was so wonderful to be able to use the club amenities as a hotel guest. The cafe was perfect for grab and go coffee with so many choices. There are also several areas to sit outside and enjoy the view.

Awesome resort, 5 stars service
We recently stayed at Claremont Resort & Club as a family, and while the property itself is stunning, the highlight of our visit was the service - especially from Jonas. From the first interaction, Jonas created a welcoming and supportive experience. He was proactive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our stay as comfortable as possible. With young kids, those details matter a lot - and he handled everything with patience and professionalism. That’s the kind of service that turns a good stay into a memorable one. Beautiful resort, great energy, and a team that clearly cares, we’ll definitely be back.

Easter high tea
Four of us girls went to Easter tea yesterday. It’s in the small Hillary/Tenzing room off the main lobby. Very intimate, beautiful, and best of all, quiet setting. It’s a traditional high tea, complete with clotted cream and honey butter from their own hives. Treats are served in tiered trays with designated serving portions for each person —so you’re sure to get your share of each item. For $145 (plus tax and tip per person) I think they could keep the bubbly flowing a little more generously. Also their new automated parking has had glitches both times I’ve been there. Other than that it was a delightful experience. Our server, Emily, was a dream!

Unforgettable
Stayed in the Tower Bay View Suit and had an unforgettable experience. The views were spectacular. Effie who works at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Not Going Back
The parking system is messed up. Immediately request to have them bill your room bcuz the separate app the parking group wants you to use is an utter nightmare. It’s billed as a 5-Star Hotel but I have to rank it as 3 Star. The place—especially carpets to the room needs upgrading.
