Another spectacular visit at the Claremont, I want to extend a special “thank you” to Effie and Makiva, for consistently making my stay extra special. My sister and I have a tradition where we visit twice a year for 4 days, we have been doing this for years, and Effie and Makiva never disappoint. These two are simply the BEST; they always greet me back to the property so warmly, are so fun, engaging and extremely thoughtful. If you want to relax, recharge, and rejoice book sometime at the Claremont, and make a special effort to engage with Effie and Makiva they will make your stay!

We enjoyed our stay! It's a relaxing environment with guests and neighborhood locals coming to enjoy the restaurant and the pool/tennis courts. We went to the Limewood restaurant both nights & everything we had to eat and drink was delicious. We enjoyed it with their friendly staff.

Returning to the U.S. after living abroad, the Claremont was one of my first stops. It is my go-to home away from home and a place I know I can rest, restore and recharge. My most recent visit came in the middle of a long home-selling process, and the timing couldn’t have been better. Good sleep, good food, tasty treats, three fitness classes, the sauna, steam room, and whirlpool. I left rested and grateful. Thank you to Sarah, Leah, Lori, Mary, Makiva, Barsha, and the team for your stellar hospitality, warm welcome, and wonderful accommodations. Until next time!

We LOVED our stay at the Claremont. Effie helped us at the front desk with check-in. She was very friendly, professional and engaging. We had reserved a room with a bay view and when we got to our room we were a bit surprised how tightly small it was and the bay view was a tiny window. Since we had stayed there before we knew there were better options. We went back to the front desk not to complain but rather to ask if there were any upgrades in hopes of a better room. Effie took the time to find us another room and even offered to let us come around the desk to see the room she had in mind. Oh my! The room was exceptional once we entered it. Much bigger, incredible view and absolutely wonderful! Additionally, we asked the lovely woman at the concierge desk if there were any special things available for guests. She was enthusiastic and friendly, and told us there wasn’t anything she had at the moment but she offered us 2 glasses of champagne if we came back down at 5pm. We knew there was a traditional champagne opening at that time but what we didn’t expect is that she would open a bottle just for my husband and me since the tradition was no longer happening. We enjoyed our champagne in the lobby area chairs and the wonderful brief conversation with her. We then met some friends for dinner who we hadn’t seen in years at Limewood. This couple had their wedding at the Claremont 30 years ago! We had a fantastic meal, food was outstanding and many laughs were had as we caught up on life. We ordered room service the next morning and it was amazing. The bed was so comfortable, the amenities in the room were awesome and everything about our stay was perfect! We will be back!
