Claremont Resort & Club

Hotel is beautiful, well maintained. We love staying here. That was our 5th time. This time the situation with crowds and behavior of kids in the pool was just awful. On Sunday it was just terrible amount of people. We couldn’t find where to put our things. I don’t know if it was members families and friends but I saw one family of literally 15 people where only 6 of them being adults occupied the whole raw of lounge chairs. I was hoping that next day it will be better since it Monday and supposedly kids should be in school. Crowds were not ther anylonger but it was at least 20 kids in the pool. I didn’t see any adults supervising them. They ranged from 10 to 15 years old and their behavior was appalling. They were building pyramids climbing on top of each other, screams were unbearable. It was impossible to safely swim around them. Splashing, jumping non stop. At one point I had enough and asked one of the guards to say something. He finally did and these kids when they understood their violent games are over left the pool. Unfortunately it was our time to leave too. I think that absolute aloofness of Guards in this situation is just not right. We didn’t enjoy the pool and it was very stressful . Instead of relaxing day we had to observe chaos.

I had a wonderful experience with the front desk employee Effie who assisted me with changing my room from a one-bed to a two-bed guest room. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless and easy. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my accommodations. Employees like her make a real difference in the guest experience, and she is a tremendous asset to the hotel. I sincerely hope her efforts are recognized, as she deserves to be commended for her outstanding customer service. Her name is Effie and she helped me on 10/4/26.

This is my third stay at Claremont resort and it gets better each time. Beautiful rooms & bathrooms, perfect gym and workout facilities, excellent location and lovely service. I will return here every time I am in town. Thank you!

My best friend and I stayed here for a quick girls trip and concert at The Greek. What a PERFECT 2 days .... we laid by the pool, enjoyed the sunset during dinner at Limewood and the location was ideal! Right in the middle of everything, but felt miles away from it all! Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Effie at the front desk! Found out we were on a much needed girls trip and helped make it memorable :)
