Reviews for Claremont Resort & Club

Perfect venue with the Perfect people

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Dear Kishara, On behalf of my team, I would like to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional partnership you and your staff provided during last weekend’s Angela’s event. The entire banquet team, under the leadership of James, demonstrated remarkable professionalism and a genuine desire to assist. Your presence from the outset to the day of the event ensured that every aspect of the event was meticulously planned and executed. This seamless coordination instilled confidence in our team, enabling us to deliver a flawless experience. We would be honored to have the opportunity to collaborate with the Claremont Hotel community again in the future. Once again, we extend our heartfelt appreciation for the invaluable contributions of the entire Claremont Hotel team. Sincerely, Dani Flowers and Events by Dani

Nice Hotel but disappointing service

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 days ago

There are three disappointing things in this hotel. Room housekeeping is very bad. The bed was untidy made, Duvet was thrown over the bed and the flats were not straights and left out of the mattress,. They never prepared the room at night. They never refilled the bottle of clean water and so we left we a feeling that the room was kept at the minimum levels. Second is the RESORT FEE of $50. It is not in the rate but is obligatory to pay even if you say you don't want to use those services. So it is a covered way to raise the price with no chance to say no. Finally, the breakfast is very poor.

A Great Experience.

We spent three nights at the Claremont and found the service to be exceptional. In this day and age, that feels rare. We all also thought our massages were excellent.

A Jewel in the Bay Area

The Claremont is a grand hotel which is not easy to find these days. Gracious without being opulent, excellent staff, beautiful facilities.

Graduation dinner

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

I cannot thank Florentino and staff enough during graduation weekend. The hotel was booked, and we arrived without a reservation. Despite the massive crowds, he was able to accommodate our two dinner parties. Thank you for working your magic Florentino.
