I came for the Holiday Tea that is taking place from November-December, and it was an exceptional experience! Arun and Rafa certainly curated the experience, explaining how the tea selection would work and explaining all the treats that came with the experience. They were both kind and thoughtful. The experience is so fun, and a perfect way to kick off the holiday season. There's no better place than the Claremont!

Effie greeted me with such enthusiasm, she made me feel right at home. The staff were super attentive, it was such a treat.

The afternoon tea at the Claremont Resort & Club is a masterpiece of hospitality and craftsmanship. Every item is made in-house — from the pastries and breads to the jams and honey harvested from the resort’s own beehives. Fresh herbs and produce from the chef’s garden add a beautiful depth of flavor to every bite. The setting is serene and timeless, with sweeping Bay views and flawless service. Each tier was stunningly presented, the scones warm and perfect with clotted cream and preserves. You can feel the pride and care in every detail. Truly one of the most memorable and authentic afternoon tea experiences in Northern California.

My experience at the Claremont was unparalleled. Our room was large, comfortable, and CLEAN! Major thanks to our housekeepers Bilha and Biyi, who went above and beyond to ensure our rooms had everything they needed. The Claremont had so much going on and so many amenities to offer guests - from the stunning pools, gym, champagne toasts, ALCOVE work pods, coziest coffee shop, and delicious food at Limewood... we were happy, busy, and well taken care of throughout our stay. It seemed like every time I walked through the lobby, someone handed me a glass of champagne! The attendants Luis and Josefina who ensure the public areas are kept clean and tidy could not be nicer - they introduced themselves and let us know they were there to help with anything we may need. We needed their help a few times during our work event, and they always responded quickly and cheerfully. Aside from the luxury accommodations - the staff is really what makes the Claremont an amazing stay. We felt so cared for and attended to our entire visit.
