Great Historic Hetel
Beautiful location in the hills of Berkley, CA. Lots of history tied to this hotel. Was really impressed with how well preserved the building was.

Sweat dreams
The air conditioning was not working in my room. It was warm and humid and I could not sleep properly. The staff brought me a fan, but the room was already too hot for a fan to make any difference, and I ended up sleeping with the windows open. They did offer to move me to another room the next day, but by then I was already settled in. The weather cooled down after that, so it was manageable. If those nights had stayed hot, the room would have been unbearable.

A beautiful property and a great experience from management team down to the staff!! The banquet team works wonders!!! I would definitely recommend the Claremont for any personal experience or business trip that you have planned in the area 12 out of 10 !!!!

Always a great time.
Love coming here. Having access to the club for the sauna and gym access is a lifesaver. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Want to give a specific shout out to Effie for being so welcoming!
