Great resort with incredible views!
I found the Claremont Resort & Club in Berkeley to be an excellent place to stay, with great views of the San Francisco Bay and a historic property that’s been updated well. The service stood out to me—everyone from the front desk to the valet team was consistently helpful and professional. The on‑site amenities, including the spa, pools, and dining options, made the stay convenient and easy. My room was comfortable, and the Bay views were a real bonus. I enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back.

Timeless beauty with exceptional service
We had a wonderful stay at the Claremont Resort & Club. The old world charm makes a hotel stay special. The deluxe bay room was spacious, the bed super comfortable and we had all of the amenities we needed (including amazing sunsets). We enjoyed breakfasts in the restaurant and coffees from Provisions. The pool area was inviting and the heated pool was great on a 60 degree day. We will be back.

Effie is the best
Effie the front desk person is the best front desk person I have ever had taken care of me. She was thoughtful very sweet helpful remembered my name and my kids name. Every time we walked by. She gave me a hug when we left. You should be so proud of what a great employee she is.
