Lovely staff
First time visiting, came with a friend for a weekend trip. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, she walked us through all the amenities at the hotel we were not aware of. We had initially picked a regular room but she was kind to offer us different upgrade options and we ended up picking a room with a view. She made sure we have everything we need during our visit. Nowadays i rarely encounter hotel staff that was so polite, patient, and friendly, it was a delight. She made our trip so much better during our stay!

Hospitality at the claremont
Wonderful staff at this hotel. We arrived early and Effie at the front desk was so welcoming and accommodating. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The restaurant staff and manager were so hospitable as well both times we ate there. While the hotel is aging and a little rough around the edges, but it’s still a classic and the staff/service makes it keep its panache.

Really nice stay. Always helpful and friendly staff. Everything went smoothly for the business event as well due to the care of all staff to get us in smoothly and ensure we had all our needs met. Shoutout to Effie at the front desk who helped me with one too many Amazon packages being delivered and was understanding when I overslept the next day due to a late event evening.

A Great Stay!
What a great place! Seeped in tradition, with the grace of yesterday’s quiet hospitality, yet providing today’s conveniences in a seamless manner. From check-in to check-out the staff made you feel special… desk personnel, club/spa, bartenders, wait staff, and especially the housekeeping staff c are presented the property, themselves and the total experience in a subdued, professional manner.
