World Class Resort
I recently stayed at The Claremont Hotel, and while the property itself is stunning, the standout highlight of my visit was undoubtedly Effie at the front desk. From the moment I walked through the doors, Effie greeted me with a level of warmth and professionalism that is rare to find. She didn't just check me in; she made me feel truly welcome. She has an incredible ability to balance efficiency with a genuine, personal touch—navigating my questions with ease and offering local recommendations that turned out to be the highlights of my trip. What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask, ensuring every aspect of my stay was seamless. It’s clear that Effie takes immense pride in her work and cares deeply about the guest experience. If you’re visiting The Claremont, you’re in excellent hands with Effie. She is a true asset to the hotel and a masterclass in hospitality!

Lovely to spend time at your special hotel
Over the years, I have stayed many times at the hotel - especially when my daughter was attending Cal. But I hadn't returned until this recent past trip since COVID. I was surprised you are no longer part of the Fairmont collection. However, I think the hotel, although retaining most of the Fairmont decor, looks much prettier. Your addition of plants and warmer colors is great. The only difference I can perceive is that your bathrobes are not the same quality. I used to order the Fairmont robes as xmas gifts - so that is my only disappointment. Otherwise, the Claremont is still one of my favorite hotels in this country. I will be back!

Networking Dinner
Our team has hosted three networking dinners in the Hillary Tenzing Room at Limewood, and each experience has been a positive one. The food and service are consistently top notch, and the ambience of the private dining room is beautiful and sophisticated. The hotel's sales manager, Marissa Collins, is a pleasure to work with and always makes sure every detail is taken care of. Highly recommend hosting your event here!
