A true masterclass in hospitality from the Claremont team!
I had an incredible five-day visit to the Claremont and would recommend it to anyone! Truly a five-star experience, set apart from other hotels by the team's unparalleled hospitality. It's obvious how much every single team member loves the property and is passionate about and committed to customer service. Every amenity and thoughtful touch is carefully crafted to make sure everyone - leisure travelers, business visitors, families with kids, and Club members - has the best possible experience. The food is delicious and don't miss the daily Champagne sabering in the lobby! The Concierge team, front desk, marketing & sales, and every other team member I interacted with went above and beyond to help during my stay. In particular, I want to give a shout-out to Biyi and Bilha from the housekeeping team who made sure my room was perfectly clean each day, and Luis and Josefina, the Public Area attendants who make sure the stunning common area is always in top-notch condition. The Claremont team truly sets the standard for the industry and I can't wait to return!

Holiday Tea at the Claremont
The Holiday Tea event at the Claremont was an absolute delight from start to finish. Held in the beautifully decorated Hilary Tenzing Room, the setting was elegant and serene. It was an ideal backdrop for a relaxing afternoon. The curated selection of teas was exceptional, each blend thoughtfully chosen to complement the experience. The menu featured an impressive array of savory bites, freshly baked scones, and delicate desserts, all beautifully presented and full of flavor. From the inviting ambiance to the attentive service, every detail was handled with care. A truly lovely experience all around!

Holiday Tea!
I came for the Holiday Tea that is taking place from November-December, and it was an exceptional experience! Arun and Rafa certainly curated the experience, explaining how the tea selection would work and explaining all the treats that came with the experience. They were both kind and thoughtful. The experience is so fun, and a perfect way to kick off the holiday season. There's no better place than the Claremont!
