A memorable stay
I recently had a wonderful stay at your hotel and wanted to express how grateful and memorable the experience was. When I arrived the staff was very welcoming and friendly and started off the stay on the right note. There was a part of my stay when I had to call down to the front desk because I was having issues with my shower and they said they would send up engineering. They sent up Kevin and he turned what could’ve been a frustrating hiccup into one of the most memorable parts of my stay. He showed up almost immediately, tools in hand and a big smile under that unforgettable cowboy hat. Not only did he fix the problem in no time, but he also checked twice to make sure everything was perfect before leaving. It’s rare to meet someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the guest’s experience — but Kevin did just that. His kindness and professionalism stood out, and it’s safe to say the cowboy hat made the whole encounter impossible to forget. If every hotel had a Kevin, travel would be a whole lot smoother (and more fun).

Great pool, meh room
Excellent pool experience. Below average room for the price we paid (it was 3 cooridors from the nearest elevator and looked out at the dumpsters)

Florentino is the best
I had the most delightful birthday dinner with friends and it was all attributable to Florentino! He was absolutely wonderful. He called me a few days before the Reservation to confirm and then he made the birthday self extra special because he was also working that day! I appreciated him so much!

Honorable mention to Jaylene @ Limewood
Always amazing service at Claremont but this one is for the Limewood staff. We stayed over the weekend for my bachelorette and were SO taken care of. Jaylene was our host both for our first dinner and our final brunch and she went the extra mile to make us feel really special. She was approachable and sweet and anticipated our needs, finding us a more comfy table before we could even ask. As the bride and a former host myself, it was important acknowledge the top notch service from Jaylene. My friends (all first-time guests) agreed their stay exceeded their expectations !
