What an exceptional arrival at the Claremont Club & Spa. Effie at the front desk was fantastic—warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. She made check-in effortless and shared all the key information I needed. A great start to my stay!

I recently stayed at the Claremont for Super Bowl weekend. I love this hotel . The location is amazing especially if you are a foodie. I spent Saturday in the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland . The staff was personable and I even got to chat with the Hotel head chef and discuss his upcoming events. Amazing spa and fitness center and sunrise and sunsets that were picture perfect.

Loved our stay. Perfect pool for kids. And Effie at the front desk was so wonderful and accommodating. We'll definitely be back soon!

Watch out for the extra fast internet speed charged to your room upon check out. After paying a $50 resort fee to cover internet this should have been included!

Red carpet service from the moment I pulled up to the moment I left… Upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely valet… I checked in and unbeknownst to me. I turned around and Javier I believe his name was was right in back of me with my complete car unpacked. As I was hosting a business conference, I naturally had to check in with my event specialist and go over some final details before I made my way up to transition from room two meeting. Javier was so patient and waited for me with my luggage and was by my side for at least an hour as I transitioned from check into… Check into the meeting space etc., and the room. I commend his customer service as five star doesn’t even cover it. I could give him a 10 at the very least. Moving on… The room was beautiful old but beautiful and had a great view. See below. Housekeeping of course was phenomenal but the real highlight here was the food. We ate at limewood as it is the only restaurant on site and every single time the food did not disappoint. I even hosted a party of 20 and a private dining room and even then the food was extraordinary. Oh except for the pasta no thank you. 🙂↔️ stay away. Even my catered meeting space from breakfast to lunch was exceptional. Which is really hard to do for a hosted conference space. My hats off to the chef! Parking and accessibility is easy and the other best part is the Fitness Center and spa… Highly recommend you reserve some time for yourself to get some rest and relaxation whether that’s getting a massage or hitting the Pickleball court. I highly recommend.
