Grand Hyatt Berlin

This is a phenomenal hotel to stay at in Berlin. Super convenient location for getting to the airport (airport train leaves from Potsdamer Platz - cheaper and faster than a taxi). The rooms are amazing - especially the bathrooms with soaking tub and shower. We LOVED this hotel. Also quite reasonable compared to other parts of Germany. The breakfast was excellent - highly recommend getting it in your room rate. The selection changed every day but they always had the fresh squeezed orange juice. Spa was nice - has a great pool and hot tub. Warning that the steam room is coed and clothing optional.

Excellent front desk staff and food and beverage crew. All these on top of the great location of the property. Staff members always asking to help. Really nice stay!

The worst check-in and customer service experience. Think twice before staying… I’m still waiting for communication from the hotel regarding the poor customer experience we received.

I've always enjoyed my stays at a Grand Hyatt, but the Grand Hyatt in Berlin really knocked it out of the park. The accommodations were incredibly nice with comfy beds and a large bathroom that was well organized and included a large closet (with ample hangers). Most of all, the hotel staff from the front desk to house-keeping were extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend!

An outstanding stay from start to finish. The hotel is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well appointed, with attention to both functionality and detail. The staff is professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely service-oriented, making every interaction efficient and pleasant. The location is excellent, with convenient access to major attractions and pleasant surroundings. A smartly run property that delivers on all fronts. Cleanliness, service, comfort, and location were all exceptional. Easily 100 out of 100.
