Great exprerience.
The breakfast was amazing guys! We really enjoyed it. The bed was great and we didn't hear any noise from other rooms. The hotel is located nearby the main attractions. The room was extremly clean. And overal we had great experience with the hotel.

excellent hotel located in the heart of Berlin, very close to all the history that makes this city so interesting. it is very clean and very nicely appointed. the rooms are fairly large for a European city central location. the staff were really amazing. the food was also excellent.

Nice hotel but beware of the food in VOX Bar.
Very nice Hyatt hotel, not US quality but certainly on a par with other European top end hotels. One word of warning, don't eat the food from the bar food menu in the VOX bar. Have no idea where the kitchen is but is doesn't match the adjoining VOX restaurant which has good food. Also, has lousy service - hard ot get a drink and then very, very hard to get a bill to get out of there. Bar waiters don't seem to care about customer service at all.

Family Summer vacation
GH Berlin is in a very convenient location. Our suites was spacious and clean. The club lounge has good options for breakfast, snacks and evening food with good alcoholic options. Mr. Van De Ree was very helpful with all our request. We love our stay.

Perfect time
This is a beautiful hotel with wonderful customer service. Food was delicious and the location is perfect! Loved it and would love to fo again.
