Stayed here for my 50th in January 2016. Rooms were clean & tidy . Staff were impeccable and spoke very good English in response to my basic German. Offered to help with directions to tourist attractions. Only downside was price of breakfast so we avoided this and ate at Starbucks across the road.

We spent two nights here on holiday and I must say that it was pretty decent. The location of the hotel is perfect for both business and leisure guests, as it is close to most of the sights, business centers in the area, with great shopping and dining facilities, not to mention the easy access to the public transportation. As for the room, I am not so much of a fan of dark colors when it comes to furniture and interior design, but it is a pretty well-maintained hotel with great space and comfortable beds. The Front Desk stuff was very professional and friendly, I have to point out Christopher and Claire at the Reception and Anika from the Club. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

A very nice hotel in the center of Berlin. Very Nice rooms, nice common areas, properly maintained, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. The breakfast was fine. I will come back for business and family trip.

We stayed here over a weekend in January. The hotel was relatively quiet and we got a great rate on a King Room with a "city view". That's in quotation marks because it was really just the view of the street outside. Check-in was easy and we got up to our room with ease. The room was very nice overall. Could have used more light as it faced a backstreet, and the bathroom is in the middle of the room without much light, but overall nice room and layout. LOVED the shower setup. There was hair in our bed (like a man had shed in the bed) but it wasn't so bad so I let it go since we got in very late, were tired and only had a little over 24 hours in the city. The regular pillows are very flat, make sure you ask for the foam pillows if you don't like flat pillows. We asked for 4 foam pillows to replace the 4 flat feather ones in the room and were met with confusion and a little annoyance (we weren't asking to keep all 8, just replace the pillows... sheesh). Next night I noted there were coffee stairs on the comforter that had obviously been there for a while since they were crusty. We just moved the comforter around so the stains were at the end of the bed. For what is typically a e500/night room (we did not pay that much as we booked through a third-party site) it wasn't as clean as it could have been. Breakfast was a nice selection. Turkey and chicken options for meats which were appreciated since I don't eat pork. Husband was happy with the selection as well. Coffee wasn't hot, had been sitting in thermoses all morning. If you're super picky, as for an espresso drink or there's a Starbucks across the street. Overall, great location, would stay again, but would check the room once we arrive, and would eat at a different place for breakfast in the morning since the hotel is right off of Platzdomer with plenty of options!

This is a really nice hotel but it's next to late night clubs so don't expect to get much sleep until after 2am at night when the party goers finally go home. This is a real problem if you like to have an open window and is the main reason for my average review. The hotel is really nice as is the service and very friendly staff. It is in walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate and has this great light blocking automated shade that comes down from the ceiling. We found the bed really hard and pillows quite soft and thin.
