We (Dutch family with 4 children in the age of 15 - 22) enjoyed this beautiful hotel in Berlin city centre. Great starting point for a city trip of a couple of days. I was pleasantly surprised with the bottle of sekt that, in honor of my birthday, I received as a gift in my room. A personal touch you don't often see anymore. Well done Team Hyatt Berlin!!!

Having booked this hotel based on its excellent standing on TripAdvisor, I have to say I am utterly disappointed. The rooms are dirty, and we greatly suffered the two nights we stayed due to extremely poor internal communication between hotel management. No point in going into details here because management can’t even get the story straight between them, but we completely lost one out of two evenings in Berlin while they disinfected all our belongings and we were stuck in bathrobes for 4 hours. There are better options elsewhere in Berlin.

We received an excellent suite upgrade that we enjoyed for three days. The club lounge food and service very good. Numerous rewards for being a Hyatt Globalist. Great central location close to tourist attractions and shopping. Well done.
