Came back after 6 years to the fabulous Adlon!! Slight glitch on check in but they upgraded us to a beautiful room!! Front desk (Zoe) was so kind and professional. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Beds are super comfy. Location can not be beat!! We will be back.

The room was nice on the whole and spacious but it is over complicated. The only way to turn all the lights off was a button next to the door so i had to walk back to the bed in the dark. There are several buttons near the bed but none turned all the lights off. On the last morning the buttons next to the bed didn’t turn any lights on which was frustrating The room was hot all the time and the air con didnt work. We asked the hotel to check but there was no change in the temp. The window opened but with the duvet it was too hot and without it was too cold so i didn’t get very good nights sleep. The bed was comfy though A rattling sound appeared behind one of the walls on the second evening. It was like a rattling pipe and was a frustration The shower was excellent and there was a comfy sitting area in the room. Breakfast was one of the best i have had with so much selection and the lobby bar area was nice with a piano and great drinks selection This is a 5 star hotel so everything should be 5 star and the lack of air con resulting in poor sleep was a disappointment overall

The hotel was luxurious & Opulent Very Art Deco Our room was great with beautifully Decorated The Staff were very friendly & helpful Our room was amazing & even had a bidet You could even take your dog there The breakfast was delicious & so much variety, the Pastries where delicious Martin & Paul the Concierge were so helpful & nothing was too much trouble For them I would highly recommend this hotel & staff to anyone

This hotel is amazing. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff are very friendly and professional. Want to thank Martin the concierge Martian gave us heaps of information on what to see in Berlin. Breakfast was extremely 5 star. You can bring your dog Close to shops, rail, taxi n Brandenburg Gate. Really recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed this hotel as they have a family room with a queen bed and bunk beds for children. We arrived early and a nice young man offered to keep our backpacks in a secure room. In the evening, there was an old man not to friendly but polite who told us to do our self check in. A different young man came to assist to complete that. It is well located not far from the main city, Kadewe (upscale store), the zoo, etc. We advised to ask how to get there from the airport as they guy at the DB was rude and even implied we were stupid for not collecting that information prior to the arrival. At the end, he was not given the right information but we were able to buy the tickets. At the main train station at Berlin, at the information boot you can find the same kind of individuals that misled you as we were. Finally, there was a guy from the boot that gave us the right directions. Check the train and the bus that you need to get to this hotel. The hotel has a nice gym that we used once. We have memorable moments in this hotel.
