First Visit to Mandala
We hadn't stayed at the Mandala before, nor even been to Potsdamer Platz, depite having visited Berlin many times. We were greatly impressed by the efficiency of Reception and the excellent breakfast. Our rooms were great and when we had a problem in one of them, probably due to some cleaning fluid spilt in my bathroom, it was sorted out very quickly and I was promptly moved to another room. Check-out was straightforward, and we were able to leave our bags for picking up later. We shall return.

A great hotel
The hotel is very well situated for a city trip . It is a beautiful hotel , very well kept , big rooms and a marvellous breakfast buffet with a very friendly,efficient and helpfull staff. They do everything to make your stay very comfortable and always with a smile from the reception to the breakfast staff and the cleaning ladies .

Superb place to stay - just book it!
Very comfortable spacious room. Clean, large bed, and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly. Superb central location. Could not be in a better place for exploring Berlin on foot if preferred. Lots of nearby good bars and restaurants. Would recommend to all.

A really good hotel with a great staff
The service was brilliant. We had a really nice and spacious room, and the breakfast was delicious. I would clearly recommend The Mandala Hotel to anyone looking for a nice and safe place to stay in downtown Berlin. My kids (12 and 5 years) also loved it. There is a lot of traffic in the area, so just ask for a room to the yard.

Luxury business hotel
Epic suite with a balcony which was a real treat, great amenities and the breakfast buffet is top! Slept really well!
