The Mandala Hotel

Dears The day after my check out I sent trough booking app this question “Dears I did the check out yesterday. Room 723. Any chance that you have found two black and white photo prints ? “ and I haven’t received any answer

I’m giving this property five stars—it was absolutely immaculate. The room was generously sized, featuring two terraces and a convenient office area, which made the stay especially comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, with excellent quality and variety. The bar, overlooking the street, offered a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were consistently helpful and attentive. The location is ideal, providing easy access to many of Berlin’s top attractions.

The location and service was very good. The general standard of the room excellent with very good cleaning etc. Air conditioning was kind of noisy and the room could not be made completely dark at night. The spa offers three variations of sauna and a shallow "cool off" pool but no real pools where you can swim, no jacuzzi etc. The gym is small but have the basic equipment needed for simple training. We stayed in a room with Kitchenette but when arriving there were no pans/pots/knives or much anything to actually cook anything. The reception provided us with a pot, a pan and a small fruit knife but still not much. Also there is only two small stove plates, no microwave or normal oven, the refridgerator is more of a "minibar" full of high priced drinks and snacks making it hard to store even your own milk.

Stayed 3 nights in the hotel in July and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, but most importantly, the staff is very friendly! Big shout out to Azra Cetin who went above and beyond to make this experience a great one for me.

I loved my time at the Mandala Hotel! I had a large corner room with two sides windows, a kitchette, sitting area, large comfortable bed, and large bathroom. The location is great - close to important historical areas, and is in close proximity to the Ubahn, shopping, and restaurants. The spa was fantastic for both relaxation in the 3 spas (2 dry heat, 1 steam room), as well as massage (wonderful!). I would definitely stay here again.
